My ABSOLUTELY FAVORITE pizza buffet! Everything is so clean and freshly made to order! The pizza buffet is $11.99, and it includes a variety of specialty pizzas, breadsticks, garlic bread, stromboli, salad bar, drinks, and two types of desserts that never disappoint! The service is outstanding--Epin knows me by name, and I know him by his. Every time I come in, he asks how I'm doing, tells me he's glad to see me, and even asks what I'd love to see on the buffet. Epin is top-notch! He's not the owner, just an employee who goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. I've even eaten here five days straight--yes, the food is that good! Mouthwatering from the first bite to the last. It's made-to-order, tasty, perfectly heated, and the service is second to none. I told my friend about this pizza buffet--she drove all the way up from down South just to try it. After one plate, she was in love. Now, she's already planning her next visit. The owner, on the other hand; is polite and all smiles, though you will rarely see him arise from the kitchen and come out, speak, and clean the tables. It's mostly Epin doing so! This place surprised me in the best way--it's where I discovered my absolute favorite pizza: the Buffalo chicken. Just the right kick, cheese and that tangy Buffalo sauce that hits perfectly. And don't even get me started on dessert... that apple cinnamon pizza? Pure magic. Warm, sweet, and downright memorable. If you know, you know. Wink wink. I also brought my parents here--Simple Simon offers discounts for seniors, first responders, and teachers! I wish they had a punch card or some loyalty discount for frequent customers... Ahh one day, I hope! The buffet is available Sunday through Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM, and Tuesday nights from 5 PM to 8 PM. Unfortunately, there's no buffet on Saturdays. I love coming by after work to chow down on the buffet. If it's not on the buffet and you want it, Epin will let you know it'll only take 8 minutes to prepare! They also have a regular menu with small, medium, large, and beast pizzas. The beast is absolutely massive--perfect for parties! They also offer keto options, wings, sandwiches, calzones, stuffed crust, and more. Even though there's a Refreshesca place nearby, I think Simple Simon would totally benefit from adding an ice cream machine near the drinks (I hope, it's in the works)! The atmosphere is so welcoming, friendly, laid-back, and inviting--you can't go wrong at Simple Simon Riverstone Ranch! It's tucked in the corner of Chevron next to a beauty salon. Oh, and like no other, they have a drive-thru window for those times when you want to grab your order without going inside! It's definitely my go-to for both dine-in and takeout. Come hungry, leave full and happy. Grab a plate--your next meal's waiting right here. Smells good, tastes even better. Cravings end here at Simple Simon's!

Amazing!! Have come here on Tuesday for family night. 11.99 pp and under 4 is free. The staff are so nice! They are happy to make whatever pizza you want and even made fresh cookies for my kiddos.

We tried the "fully loaded" pizza last week and it was passable, although not great. I had specifically requested "no onions" but alas, onions were on the delivered product and it is a bit tedious to pick them off. This evening, I returned to order a large pizza with only four toppings (all of which are standard on the "fully loaded" pizza). However, I was informed that each ingredient would be an additional $2.50 each -- in other words, $10.00 more than for a "fully loaded" pizza! So it costs more to leave things off? The logic escape me. Needless to say, I left without ordering. And I can assure you, I will never go near the place again. Too bad because the place could have had real potential.

Decided to check this spot out after hearing about their grand opening, and we're very glad to have a spot like this in the area. Pizza buffet seems a little tricky to find these days, at least with decent quality, so when I heard they offer this on Tuesdays for their family nights, we wanted to give that a shot. And what a deal. All sorts of pretty good pizza plus a drink and access to the salad bar for about $12. Kids under 4 are free as well, and they have pudding for dessert in addition to the cinnamon stick pizza. Definitely well worth it and better than other buffet chains. Doesn't have a ton of seating inside but it was no problem this evening, and parking can be a bit strange (there are spots literally at the gas pumps) but those are mostly irrelevant issues once you start chowing down.

My wife learned about this restaurant on Facebook. According to what she read, it was like Cici's pizza and some said quite as good CiCi's. We went there today for their lunch buffet to try it out for ourselves. My wife and I agree that their pizza is very good. Their presentation is similar to the cc pizza. However, their pizzas are much better than the salad bar with my wife is very fond of it's a little better. If you enjoy pizza and especially if you like having a variety of pizza to eat, I would highly recommend this place. Prices are very fair and the food is very good. I am very critical of pizza if it doesn't have a good sauce or almost no sauce on the pizza that is not the case here. They have only been open about three or four weeks however it seems well run and I'm comfortable recommending it to anyone that would like to try and enjoy pizza

We had been very excited about trying since we saw the signs it was coming. Super clean inside! Very friendly staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked about several different types of pizza and was given great detail. We came to try the buffet. The food was hot and fresh and delicious! Definitely coming back! 5stars for sure. Customer service is a lost art in many places and they were top notch here much appreciated and refreshing.
