I've had many good experiences with other Subway locations, but this one in Pearland really disappointed me. The service was incredibly slow and the sandwich artists gave off the energy that they did not want to be there. My friend and I waited about 5 minutes before our orders were even taken when the restaurant was empty and there was no line. We got the Meatball Marinara and the Teriyaki Blitz sandwiches, which were good. They were lukewarm even after they were toasted and the Meatball Marinara sandwich was falling apart as I was picking it up to eat, which usually does not happen at other locations. The space is fairly small so it is understandable that only a couple tables were available but it seemed like most people were getting to-go like my friend and I.

This Subway is the worst I've ever been to in 40 years. I don't eat meat and I get a veggie sandwich. I get very little lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives. I always ask for extra black olives. Last week when I was there, someone that's not even a manager told me I couldn't get extra black olives but literally couldn't give me a reason why, like I only get two vegetables and a little lettuce. I told her I would pay extra and they said it was okay. I just went to the Subway again, now they are telling me I can't get extra black olives at all. I've never heard of that ever. I mean why not make it the way I want it. I'm paying for it. There is never anyone at the subway to begin with wouldn't you think they would allow me to get a sandwich?? It asinine to not allow a paying customer to get a sandwich the way they want a sandwich. Do better Subway off Shadow Creek PKWY and marketplace and they really need to fire the black olive police. She's extremely rude and has very poor customer service.

The service and the food was amazing and prepared by Sharard, he was a great employee and was very respectful and answered any questions I had to ask. He took his time and was very well informed. The space was very clean and neat as well. I will definitely be back to get another sandwich because of him !

Walked in at 9:44 pm and they refused my service stating that they weren't taking anymore customers even though the business hours say they don't close until 10:00 pm. Highly unprofessional, I do not recommend!

I did an online order from the shadow Creek Ranch location in Pearland Texas by the Bucees for two foot-long Subs the number one Philly $10.99 which came with absolutely no meat in it. We had to scrape the meat out of one side and put it in the other side to barely get a 6 inch, and we got the Cali club which was supposed to come with fresh mozzarella and smashed avocado and it had neither one in it. So we paid $12.99 for that sandwich with simply had a few pieces of turkey and some spinach in it. I sent pictures to the owner. I have spoken to him through email two or three times. All he says is I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We teach our employees to be mindful of making the sandwiches correctly. We hope you have a better visit next time. I will never visit this location again.

Every time I order online, my order is incorrect. I have to wait until I leave work to go get it corrected. The "manager" is always prepared to remake the order and tells me to keep the previous and always saying, someone is getting written up. However I only ever see him in the store. I definitely understand why there's rarely anyone at that location.

Just ordered two sandwiches online through the app and somehow it created two transactions of the same order and charged me for both. I called to try to get it situated and the guy at the counter told me yeah this happens all the time but we can't cancel the order. He called the manager Anna and she told me come back tomorrow. I'm not able to come back tomorrow so I just had them make all four sandwiches and I will give you two of them to somebody else. No wonder the store has a one star rating. We will find out who the owner of this franchise is and we will not patronize any of those stores but everyone avoid the store it's nothing but headaches

I'm not typically a fan of subway, but it is quick! This subway is better and cleaner than most. I came here for a workday lunch when I had limited time. The place was small but clean. The employees move fast, super fast! I ordered my toasted sandwich and had it in mere seconds. I paid and ate. Unfortunately, my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich was a bit cold in the middle of the chicken when the outside was toasted. It was an unfortunate combination. I liked that things move quickly at this location, the place is clean, and the employees smile and are pleasant. I will probably be back. A smiling face and quick service can go a long way when you are in a hurry for lunch!
