Terrible customer service! Came here one night for me and my dad. We had a late night craving for tacos and nachos. I pulled up and started to order my food. I stated that I wanted a number 5 but I didn't want a drink or taco. So I just wanted the nachos by itself. The employee repeated what I said very rudely I guess to clarify what I had just ordered. He said "Ok so you just want the nachos by itself?" I replied YES. He then rudely said "Ok well you could've just said that." I immediately cancelled the order and asked for a number that I could call. This isn't the first time I've dealt with terrible service from this location. I definitely won't be coming back.

This location was confirmed by their manager that they are not apart of taco bell nor are they a franchisee?! Meaning they do not honor any deals givin on the mobile app. Terrible service ( there is a location in friendswood that's a lot more accommodating and understanding) just down the road

Just left after I sat in the drive-thru line for ten minutes and no one came on the intercom to take my order. Sorry. I don't have time to wait around for your employees to finish sucking each other off in the back. I have stuff to do today. Probably for the best though, considering they managed to botch my wife's very simple order the two other times we came here. How hard is it to leave the cheese off? These people don't deserve a dime over minimum wage.

Today I ordered a chalupa meal and specially asked for no tomatoes. When I made it home and opened my food it was heavily topped with tomatoes. I'm allergic to them btw and the number on the receipt doesn't work!!!!! Also the sauce I asked for wasn't in the bag either.

The tea was nasty, the employees could care less about their service, when you specifically ask for hot sauce they give you mild, overall not worth going to. food didn't even actually taste like good Taco Bell food

The particular Taco Bell is horrible. I went in one day in June (2019) and had an issue with my mobile order (1st time using it). The first thing out of the manager's mouth and her smirky look was "I can't do anything for you." Sorry, as a customer that is not what you want to hear. It could been have been said differently. This female manager has no clue what customer service means. Seems like almost each time I go this Taco Bell gets my order wrong. The latest was today, July 2019. Simple order, asked for easy beans on an item and instead I got a load of beans and easy meat. Tried to call and no one answered the phone. So done with this location.
