The food came out hot, fresh, and cooked exactly how I ordered it -- perfectly crispy hashbrowns and fluffy waffles. The service was exceptional; the staff greeted everyone with a smile and kept the energy upbeat the entire time. My coffee cup never went empty! What really stood out was how clean the restaurant was -- from the counter to the floors, everything was spotless, even during the morning rush. You can tell the team here takes pride in their work.

The food was outstanding , Hot , Fresh, Care taken in its Preparation. Service was Top notch, Ms Nisaa as well the other cohesive staff gave us memorable warm hospitality. This "Old Home" attitude permeated from the shift manager Bruce! The location was clean, easily accessible,& Bright I would definitely visit again.

Love this Waffle House! Great Cooks,food ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!!!!All the people that work at this place seem happy, work well together and all seem to have fun on their JOBS! We feel very fortunate to have such a great place to come anytime any day!!!! I think the cook is also the manager, non the less he ROCKS

Came here at 3/4 in the morning for an early birthday breakfast and it was great!! The two people working there gave amazing service and made us quick and delicious food. I didn't get there names but your night shift workers are amazing

Kayla is amazing worker on the other hand. The cook named Eric is terrible the whole time he's cooking he uses his vape. If you ask him for something he doesn't respond ever. Just all around not friendly person

It was surprisingly clean and the customer service WAS OFFF THE CHARTS our sever was Tacara and she was so kind and was such a good vibe and she really was off the charts and considering we were out of state she recommended some great places to go and I love her so much I definitely recommend you go!

My reviews are full of waffle, and so is Waffle House. Match made in heaven, am I right. Waffle House is usually really good four star food unless you get food poisoning, which I've never gotten from this location, but several others - in which case it can be one or two or three, and I usually downgrade just because it's a massive chain. We had a good meal at Waffle House Pearland with very interesting service to say the least. It was way out of our way and there were a few issues with it, and it wasn't our favorite location that we've eaten at, but it was also pretty good. The main reason that we drove so far to go to Waffle House is because the one that we actually wanted to eat at said they were closed (College Ave Pasadena), even though Waffle House never closes, and then the one down the road from there also said they were closed - bear in mind in both cases this is having driven all the way there since they don't answer phones ever - and we found this particularly problematic and annoying, but life goes on. I would say the reason that it was problematic is that they were closing just because they got busy on a Saturday night, and I didn't think this was part of the company policy but in Houston it definitely is. This one way out in the middle of Pearland couldn't be any further from a Highway, not in Houston terms, if it tried - but despite the distance from the highway we were very happy to find a meal after a lot of driving, and we were very delighted that they were willing to serve us when others were not, although service was comically strange and very memorable to be very kind about it - and it definitely deserves its four star rating for these factors, even though the food itself wasn't as good as some other 4-star Waffle Houses.

Idk what happened to this place but it's the slowest W.H I've been too! Took @15 min to sit down had to wait on an employee to clean up booth. Food took forever and was cold never again ,rather go to the one on Fairmont

This place is completely unsafe to eat at after seeing the way they treat food/personal care/desire. All of these are missing, I know it's not the greatest job in the world but you should at least keep it cleaner than that. And even after saying something about the cleanliness, I was told "we will get to if eventually" needless to say I didn't eat there on this evening. I've been there before and it's actually my favorite one even though there's one closer to where I live. But this was completely unacceptable and the attitude of the workers were even worse.

The sevice is very slow and they don't attend correctly, they choose who they want to serve first and after, we felt like they were picking who they wanted to serve first and not in order. We were here before 2 people and they had gotten their food before us.
