The girl with the crusty tongue piercings taking orders is very rude . She was very short and impolite while taking my order . I get up to the window and get my food , and i check my bag and i got sweet chili sauce instead of sweet and sour . I tried getting the girls attention but she ignored me and after finally opening the window i tell her i had the wrong sauce . She proceeds to say "no it's not it's the same thing we don't have sweet and sour anymore ". how am i supposed to know that ? i ask for bbq instead and she closes the window. i wait again and tell her she has a bad attitude and she says she's from boston. what does that have to do with anything ? i guess being from boston is an excuse for being rude . she never greeted me or was hospitable in the slightest . i didn't get her name but she had dark brown hair pulled in a low ponytail , and some tongue piercings !

Came to this location because there always seemed to be a lengthy wait at the Broadway location... despite there only being a couple cars in line ahead of us. I had downloaded the Wendy's app and used a digital coupon for $5 off a $10+ order. App only allowed the offer to be for carry out. No big deal. I finalized the order once we pulled into the parking spot, figuring it wouldn't take that long: 3 kids meals. We walk up to the door... to find it locked. 2 other groups of people tried getting in while we walked back to our vehicle. (Strange that the app ONLY allowed for carry out but that wasn't even an option at the actual store). So we loaded back into the car and got into the now LONG drive thru line. We made our way slowly to the (broken) ordering kiosk. The screen was messed up. Anyways, the girl was friendly. I told her how I ordered in the app. for carry out but the door was locked. We eventually made our way to the window and was handed our 3 kids meals by a visibly overwhelmed young guy. After taking the bags, I waited for the drinks. When he didn't appear to be getting them, I asked him about the drinks and he was like, "Drinks? Ummm... errrr...." And a lady near him had to show him where they were. I'm just sure he was super new and they were so busy. Unfortunately our "fast" food took 22 minutes. I totally came here expecting quicker service than the Broadway but this was just as lengthy, if not longer. I was sure their food would be cold and gross since we sat in line for so long. I noticed a sign in the window saying their fries are guaranteed to be hot and crispy or they'll replace them. Luckily, the fries were ok (I snuck one for research purposes). The kids seemed to enjoy their meals. The toys includes with the kids meals were actually really neat: these super hero/villain costumes. The kids have played with them numerous times so far compared to some of that cheap plastic crap toys that they don't even touch after the ride home. A pro was that this location appeared to be new and modern... we just couldn't go in to see more. I'm sure the inside was closed because of Covid. It sucks bc other restaurants have open doors.

The food was cold. We were asked classic or spicy chicken and clearly stated classic but received spicy. We ordered Coke Zero but the machine said unavailable on every no sugar option. They then tried to charge us $3 for the keytag when the register's ad clearly states with a $2 keytag. They insisted that the price was $3 despite showing a picture of what our side of the register displayed so we don't have keytags on principle. I certainly wouldn't recommend trying this location at all.

the food is not fresh. my. fries were cold &. old. they had been sitting up for a while. i said no cheese they put cheese on it anyway & im lactose intolerant. im allergic to cheese. i asked for no ice &. they made with ice regardless of my order request. i ordered a bigge bag. double stack on pretzel bun. i vomitted my food up. because i was hungry & didnt want to go back thru the drive thru... i make myself eat cheese every now &. then. for calcium intake. so the cheese had to be spoiled. the whole shift. needs to be fired. 11/13/2024 around 2:20 pm they not doing they. job. products not fresh. pearland health department needs to go there.

Foods good, but you guys always mess up my order. Either something's missing or you give me the wrong item. Today, you told me you would give me my total at the window. I pulled up and the girl at the window was busy so someone else took my card to pay. I never got a total but now I'm looking at my receipt and you charged me for someone else's meal...who's meal was just a bit more than mine. Mine is usually a total of $4.85 for the 6 piece nugget meal. I'm at work on lunch so don't have time nor the patience to deal with this in person.

I know why the ratings are low. Horrible service. Every employee looked at me but not a single one helped me for a good 15 min. Then they gave me bags and drinks but they don't have cup carriers. NO CUP CARRIERS FOR MULTIPLE DRINKS!! And how am I supposed to carry all the bags and drinks?? I had to ask for a big bag to hold all the bags and they didn't even have that!!!!!! Terrible. Do not recommend at all

Went here last night mainly for spicy nuggets and was told I had to wait for a few mins as they needed to be made- no problem at all. Got home and 5/16 nuggets were overcooked, dry, and near impossible to eat/enjoy... Definitely would not have intentionally waited to get subpar food. The two stars are for the strawberry lemonade that was good.

This is by far the worst Wendy's restaurant I have visited. I am looking for the contact information for the district manager. My experience today was disgraceful! I will NEVER return to that location.
