Went here for an advance screening, Downton Abbey, Grand Finale. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our food arrived at our seats in a timely manner. Was even able to grab some extra butter for my popcorn on the way out. Stopped by recently to purchase an exclusive popcorn bucket and it was so well organized!!

I'd rate it 0 if I could. Went in to go watch Black Phone with my brother and his friends, and was stopped by Mario, a 'manager' asking to see our IDs. I pulled out my ID, I'm over 21 and he proceeded to ask for everyone else's IDs; I've never had this experience and have brought them with me numerous times. I identified myself as their legal guardian, which is within policy, however it would seem Mario may have been on a little power trip. The manager told me a parent needed to be present and stated this was 'policy', yet numerous groups of people who did not look of age much less accompanied by a parent to watch the movie were not treated the same way. He also stated that the attendant at the front asked to see IDs, yet she did not ask a single one of us for our IDs. She didn't even scan 3 of our tickets! You can't just enforce policy on a certain group of people, you need to do it for everybody. Such a horrible experience overall.

The facility is clean and large. It's closest to home so I love to use this location. At the concessions, there are so many more options nowadays. I see people getting pizza's, alcoholic beverages, and popcorn in the most gigantic bags! And even Starbucks. Starbucks has some options for a coffee fix. My Latte was more than 75% of ice and milk, so that was disappointing. There were NO straws that come with their 2 size options. The regular small water cup straw was drowning inside. And this is the 2nd time I made the same mistake...and the last time it gave me so much tummy troubles because it had even more milk. So I won't be choosing Starbucks at the movie theatre anymore. The last time, I was impressed by their Ev charging stations outside. Never paid attention to that and ofhow many cars are actually using these. This is a Friday evening. The theatre was full with the newest Jurassic Park out. And so was parking too. But with my most recent visit watching Moana 2, everything seemed perfectly clean, maintained. There was a 20 minutes on previews, so that ladder to the showing time. Other than that, it's still my favorite theatre.

Plenty of parking, pretty clean theater and DBOX seats are a plus. This is not going to be a high end theater where everything is spotless it's more like a nice community theater where you take your kids and get a beer. Had a nice experience with hot salty popcorn and an icy cold drink. I would gladly come back and enjoy another movie but on DBOX seats!

I'm a regular at Cinemark and I usually just check-in, but I had to leave a review after my very disappointing and traumatizing experience a couple days ago. My friends and I were watching the new "Iron Claw" movie in THEATRE 2 (remember that) and after about an hour into the movie something began flying across the theatre room. It was flapping and moving quickly left to right, up and down, even creating shadows on the screen. We were hoping it was a bird, but given the quickness and shape of the wings that were clearly shown in its shadows on the screen we all came to the conclusion that there was a bat in our theatre. It was very disturbing and distracting and totally wrecked our experience. My wife and I immediately exited the theatre while one of our friends decided to brave through it and watched the remainder of the movie. A manager was notified, and yet no one approached the theatre to pause the movie or look into it. Our friend came out at the end of the movie and stated to us that the bat would land somewhere along the screen for a while, and then come back and fly all over the theater again. We were super disappointed that nothing was done the moment we informed them. I ended up approaching a manager again once the movie was over and he stated, "thank you for letting me know, I'll make sure we look into it," and left it at that. I'm a movie-goer and will continue going to Cinemark, but I don't know if I'll go back to THIS particular Cinemark in Pflugerville. Would not want to experience that again.

I had an amazing experience at the concession stand. Logan was so pleasant and he was very efficient. He took great care to make my order exactly as requested and everything came out so good! Thanks for making this visit great Logan!

I love the T-Mobile deals where you can buy tickets for $5. I use the atom app and my ticket is in wallet. There's plenty of parking. You walk in, have your QR code scanned and head to your theater and seats. I don't' usually purchase food but if you do, you order at the counter and they could bring it to you or you can wait. I love the Xbox seats that shake and vibrate along with what is happening in the movie. I have watched Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Dune: Part 2, Bob Marley, One Love and Beekeeper in these seats. It's a great deal! also this is my 500th review on Yelp :)

If they could just uninstall the recliners, move them up 5 inches and reinstall this theatre wouod be SO much more comfortable. It's super frustrating, especially in the close rows. Plenty of room to walk in front of the chairs, truly no reason not other than clueless installers for these chairs being so close to the wall. We have a movie club membership, I keep forgetting to cancel. Everytime we come here I get mad at myself for coming here and it's truly the recliners. Sounds like such a karen complaint but they should call them chairs with lifting footstools, not recliners. Even the legs don't go up like they should, but anyways... if you can get into another theatre GO.

This is an above-average theatre. Outside there is a lot of parking. Also, they have a good selection of movies. And, being a megaplex, there are many screens inside. But some seats are worn, sometimes staff seem bored with their jobs or clearly dislike their jobs. I've seen the bathroom dirty. Sometimes it appears the theatre hasn't been cleaned well between showings.
