last couple times i've ordered from this location they really skimped on both the sauce and the cheese. hardly any of either on my pizzas making them almost inedible. the pizzas also weren't cut well and we had serious trouble tearing slices apart. but most importantly yall gotta stop cheaping out and start making your pizzas like actual pizzas again with adequate cheese and sauce included.

I was planning on going to another pizza chain near the house, but this Dominos is next door to smoothie king. So I placed an order online. Picked up order and the order was wrong, also there's no browning. It looks like there are rushing the cook time and no sauce. I feel like the food is basically raw. There remade my order just to receive a mess!! I will not order another pizza here again!!!

Currently sitting in our car 10 mins past the pick up window and 45 mins after the status in the app said the order was being worked on. Walked into the location ask for a status update and was greeted with blank stares. The manager was asked to come over and figure out what was going on with our order. He did not look at me or address me, just under his breath said it went into the oven 4 mins ago. No acknowledgment of them being late or a moment assure me it will be ready soon. I asked for a time estimate and was told by the worker with the blank stare, "5-10 mins". So we are now sitting here waiting and hoping to get our pizzas soon. The 2 min guarantee should apply in this situation... doubt anyone will get in touch with us. Update: order was marked complete before they got to our car! Not a true measure of how long the order took to get to us. Will never order from here again. Avoid at all costs.

Restaurant has no problems calling you and your families liars when a mistake is made on their part. I asked for our pizza with light sauce or no sauce because we have an allergy tomato in the family. Instructions are not followed and sadly my family doesn't eat or at least not together. In our new home with a new store we have ordered 2 times. The first delivery on July 5th the wrong sodas were delivered. A phone call was placed. I asked for the sodas to be replaced and we returned the unopened items. I thought everything was good. Tonight we ordered light sauce. My husband and I both took a bite and immediately put the pizza down as there was a hearty amount of sauce on both pizzas. I called to ask to have these remade and again I would leave the untouched pizza outside. The manager agreed no problems. Within 5 minutes my husband receives a phone call from the same manager informing us that we have had multiple managers leave negative notes about us including that every order we place we request free items and since June we have had six reports of free items delivered to our address. We have receipts of only two orders ever being placed. The manager was not interested. He repeated multiple times. He was not inclined to believe anything we said. As somebody that works in customer service, I am not inclined to support this establishment any longer.

Beyond piss poor service!!! Can't say hello, how are you, nothing! They struggle to open up the register and give back $1.00 change back. Ask what my name is for the pickup-she goes and gets it-semi shoves it at me. No thank you, no enjoy, nothing!!! It's really not that hard is it? Guess my expectations are too high. I'll be happy to go elsewhere!

I would leave less than one star if I could. 2.5 hours, no food, waited on hold for phone for 54 minutes, then was told "not their problem I don't have my pizza". Called back, asked for manager and "Olga" cussed me out and hung up. Close this place down.

I'm scared to even eat the pizza I got through a credit because my last pizza was totally cold and messed up And late . they argued w me that I even had a credit then after speaking with Nick the manager he finally remembered me. he promised it would be here in 20 min... an hour and 30 min later Hunter brings it and when I ask if I could leave a tip, he shoves the pizza at me to the point my dog felt threatened, and got in his car and peeled out. leaving me standing outside in my lawn wondering if I had done something wrong. hours later I'm still scared to eat the pizza because they may have done something to it and that's why they won't except tip. I lost my ranch in my yard walking after him so fast and I just don't understand. I was polite. whoever Nick is needs to get ahold of his mess. whoever the owner of the franchise is should really really read the reviews and do something about it. so tonight I ate nothing,...it was ice cold and I'm sure they spit in it or something. so fucked up. I don't even know what to do.

I would not recommend this location:1420 Wells Branch - 45 minutes, & my carry out ( 1 medium pizza & cheese bread) was still pending. When asked on ETA, first employee told me to review tracker on wall. At an hour, still at prep status. I spoke with manager, who could really not care about a customer waiting for a pizza or give realistic ETA.. From her perspective, I was yelling at her & she cancelled my order. Really?? I'm sure I'll still be charged, but oh well. I went to the Domino's 2013 Wells branch location. What a difference. I got my order in less than 20 minutes. Service was friendly & fast. I will never go back to the Domino's in HEB shopping center.
