Had to get a car while mine was beng repaired down the street. Excellent service! Picked me up at the body shop. I was able to leave the car at the body shop rather than return it directly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Corey was amazing! Very kind and thoughtful! just got into an accident and was stressed but he made it a seamless process and made me feel more confident in the situation. He maneuvered very well when the systems went down and overall represented Enterprise in a professional and exceptional way!

Shout out to Brendan and Sydd for being excellent with customer care and multitasking! This place is always busy- at least this was our experience dealing with them over the past month. They are friendly and efficient for such a busy place... the original wait time was long (2hrs) with a reservation. Then I had to trade it out later for a larger vehicle with third row and they gave me a car that had a lot of stains on the seats and had been smoked in... a lot. The smell was bad, especially when the air was on. My kids have allergies and we could not ride in the car so I had to trade it out again. The staff were helpful and nice about it. I didn't want to be a pain but this is not what we expected after the nice vehicle they had given us the first time. The second replacement vehicle was beautiful like the first one had been and they had me in and out quickly this time! We are very happy and thankful for the nice staff at this location!

Sid is amazing with customer relations. She took care of my check in and return for my rental car while my car was in the shop. She made sure I got a nice vehicle that was in good shape and was so upbeat and professional that she put a smile on my face in spite of unfortunate circumstances. Very different experiences recently since my inital post in 2020. With my last visit in 2022 and just today (5/23/23) I've learned the hard way that having a reservation pretty much means nothing at all. Both times I showed up to find out that there was no vehicle for me on-site. Last time I was told that they were overbooked and the website doesn't know for certain that the car will be at that location due to some customers not returning cars on-time, etc. The reason today was because the Manager was picking up a car from another location. I even called yesterday to ensure they'd have my vehicle available so I wouldn't run into the same issue as last time. My reservation was for 10am and I didn't eveb leave until 11:45am. I had an appt at 12pm elsewhere so this was a major inconvenience. I ended up leaving with a car with a dirty exterior because I couldn't wait the additional 20mins for them to wash it. Other than this MAJOR issue I typically have no problems renting from Enterprise. So just beware... a reservation doesn't guarantee you'll have a vehicle when you expect it.

I needed a car for a trip I was taking up to Dallas one day and down to San Antonio the next. I didn't need anything special... just a car that worked! I originally booked with fox at the airport... whole other story but let's just say... don't! When I had issues I booked here instead! Turns out enterprise was cheaper and it was closer to me by far! I actually booked and picked up with in hours... no issue. When I got here I got an upgrade to a Ford Fusion fully loaded. It is a pretty big step up from what I thought I was getting. It was a great car. It was a no fuss nomucus deal and I was on my way... for less then it would have cost me at my original booking! Great customer service when I picked up and when i dropped off. This will be my go to place in the future, hands down!

AMAZING customer service! The driver that picked me up was friendly and made me feel comfortable. When we arrived to the enterprise location, Chris was not only helpful and kind over the phone, he was quick to introduce himself and help me with my personal belongings out of the driver's car inside of the facility. Everyone inside was very welcoming and helpful as well. This has been the best experience I've had with enterprise. Highly recommended

I recommend steering clear of this Enterprise for a number of reasons. In-store customer service was the worst I've come across in a very long time. The employees give off a very unwelcoming vibe, it felt as though they'd rather be anywhere else but there to help there customers. From the moment you step in, you feel like your business is unimportant to them. I called 2.5 weeks in advance to get an upgrade for a vehicle, specifically asking for a type and model. First of all, they were unable to deliver on the requested vehicle, then the worst part is that they waited until the day of my rental reservation - when I walked into the store, to let me know that I wouldn't be getting what I requested. They had 2 vehicles left for me to choose from the lot. On top of that, they were trying to charge me the same "upgrade" fees for a vehicle I didn't even want and for a vehicle of lesser value. I asked them to give me a call back when the initially requested vehicle would be available for a swap, they never called back even after 10 days. I figured they wouldn't from day one. -1/5 stars, legit one of the worst experiences I've had, spare yourself headache and stress. Swimming in a river of piranhas wearing a meat suit would've have been more pleasant.
