In my humble opinion, this location could really use some improvement with both their products and customer service. I've been to this location a few times and their quality is not the greatest. Today I ordered a pizza with extra cheese (paid extra for that cheese) and you could not tell me my pizza had extra cheese anywhere on it!! Very upsetting. Mind you, I ordered extra cheese because I recalled in the past them being skimpy on the cheese and this time was no different. Lastly, they also have a pretty unpleasant young lady at the front who barely speaks or smiled each of the times I've encountered her. I'll probably drive out a little further if I feel the craving for some Pizza Hut in the future.

Why is it so hard to make cheese sticks? They came with barely any cheese (a thin layer) and overcooked to the point it was dark brown and crunchy everywhere... fresh, but definitely overcooked. Cheese sticks are supposed to have cheese on them, and bè soft... not one step away from the consistency of croutons... ridiculous. Now I will say that the fact that they replaced it was a plus, but they didn't listen to anything I said when I called and sent the exact same thing ...smh With the price we pay, the fact that they're skimping on toppings is ridiculous... we're paying for them, so give them to us. I assure you that if the right amount of cheese was used, then they wouldn't have been overcooked, brown, and crunchy. Please note that the pictures were added the next day, which is today verifying the state of the cheese sticks and that they were not consumed. They are clearly overcooked. Also, with the boneless wings, please include full pieces of chicken and not simply hard breading that has no meat in it that you're counting is one of the eight boneless wings.. that's ridiculous!! Do better.

I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut, ordered my pan style large three topping pizza, extra cheese, and look how fresh that pizza looks. When I picked it up, it was hot steamy and exactly what I expected. Crispy crust flaky awesome.

Ive been here several times they haven't been nice not even once.The owner sends their employees to kick people out when they've been there for a while wether they purchase something or not.Ive dined it several times before too and they pick and choose who gets special treatment the family seating next to me got their food brought to their table in elegant plates while they just handed me the food in a dusty old box and they tell you to move around when your standing in a public sidewalk i didn't know pizza hut owns the sidewalk! Do not recommend. TERRIBLE

Another great experience at this specific Pizza Hut. Ordered online, did curbside pickup. Received friendly and fast service. Their Big Dinner Box With WingStreet® Breaded Boneless Wings is a great deal. It lasted all through the weekend. I wish the wings came with one complementary sauce like most places and didn't have to pay extra for pepper and grated parmesan cheese.

Delicious 75-cent wing special ordered 24 parmesan with double breadsticks and double sauce yum! App failed login with "JSON" error website also did not work. Had to call store to order they were very helpful and honored online coupon. Reported issue to corporate via Twitter DM and received free large pizza coupon hence 5 stars. Will be back.

Stopped by for a simple dinner on the way home after a tiring day. The restaurant had one table occupied and several workers milling around. We were seated quickly and a pleasant female waitperson came by and took our order. While waiting for our Pizza to arrive my companion complained about feeling chilly. There was a fan right above our heads that was creating a cold breeze. We asked a worker to please switch that off. She was pleasant but not sure what to do. I suggested she pull one of the two chains hanging from the fan - she did so and the fan started slowing down. She indicated she would be back shortly to make sure it had stopped. Nope, the fan had not stopped and the staff member had disappeared somewhere in the back never to be seen again. Not to worry, our own waitress came by with glasses of water. When we asked about the fan she reported she had no idea how to stop it but would ask someone. That did not happen and we did not see her again for a while. In the meantime, this young friendly male came by with piping hot pizza. We spoke to him and he said "sure" and pulled on the chain which led to the fan moving at a much faster speed. I saw his defeated look and immediately made the decision to grab our plates and glasses of water and move to another table. He was kind enough to bring the hot pizza pan over. In all this time we had not been given any silverware. (I know, I know I don't use a fork and knife to have my pizza, but my companion does). We figured our best bet was to get up, go to the counter and grab the silverware ourselves - which we did. In all this time there was only one other couple dining in. I have given one star to indicate there was nothing wrong with the pizza.- hot and delicious as always. I cannot understand how one can have such poorly trained staff working in a restaurant. I would not expect of servers to know how to switch off a fan. I would, however, expect them to know how to problem-solve to keep the customer happy. So find someone who knows how fans work or offer to move us. Coming by when it is time to be tipped is not the only skill I expect from servers. There are numerous pizza joints in the Round Rock-Pflugerville area. No reason to go to this one again.

I always pick up curbside this is the first time I get delivery to my house but I must say the guy was wearing a mask and gloves he maintained his distance and it was a perfect hand off. When I do curbside pick up they always sanitize their stuff before going in the store so I am pretty please with their cleanliness. Pizza was good, fast, efficient.
