Order was placed at 1:43pm Delivery time was suppose to be delivered within 42-47 minutes, I received my order around 2:48pm. My house is literally 2 lights away from Wingstop. That's why when there's free delivery I usually order, because the food always arrives fresh and fast!!! I had to call the store and had the manager translate where he was, via my daughter's cell phone. He was heading to me, but I believe he took several orders and saved mine for last, to head back to the store. I even gave him a tip via Wingstop app. The food was cold and the ice in the drinks were melted. I understand people are trying to make a living, but my hard earned money should matter as well. It was over a $50 order. 1:57pm received order to be delivered at 2:21pm 2:13pm "Dasher pickup order" should arrive by 2:23pm 2:40pm Dasher approaching 2:48pm Dasher left food in safe location! Like I live 2 lights away!!!!

NEVER "DINE IN" HERE. I feel like I am on the film set of Idiocracy while I write this. It's no fault of the workers necessarily, but the way this place is used purely as a cooked chicken Amazon fulfilment center complete with both workers who hate their job, and pissed off Door Dash drivers makes you wonder how this place survives as a brick and mortar instead of just some random ghost kitchen, which the quality of food is reminicent of. If you order food "for here" (heavy emphasis on those quotes) you are lumped into the massive line of online to-go orders. When I walked in the place was empty, yet despite that, my order took almost 40 minutes to complete, all the while so many people kept asking about their orders to the monotone response of "they're still working on it." This whole business reeks of corporate greed at the expense of both the worker & the consumer, and this experience was so palpable that I will never be giving another dollar to Wingstop, and neither should you.

Driver dropped food off, took a picture,literally turned around and took it back. I think they didn't realize i had both a doorbell camera as well as one higher up. Called the store and was offered a credit. Forgetting an item is a credit, theft is a refund. I don't care who you contract out to. About $60 of items. With picture evidence. Stay away from these folks.

Avoid this location, it is low quality. I went by today to buy two sides of wing sauce priced at $1.59 each for 3 oz. I received approximately 2 oz of liquid, it is not wing sauce, it is a watered down version. They are diluting the sauce they receive from corporate with water to make it last longer, so basically you are getting cheated. I have purchased the same wing sauce at other locations and it is thicker, yo have to scoop it out. The one they sold me at this location pours out like water. Look at the photos, next to it it's a 2 oz container which would hold the amount I was given in a 3 oz container. Inflation is affecting everyone but don't raise your prices and cut corners in the product. Never going back and hope you don't either.

BUYER BEWARE- We placed an order on the Wingstop app. It did not "provide a delivery time until after the payment was made. The delivery time showed over an hour and a half for delivery. I attempted to cancel the order, but there was no way to do so within the app so I called the store. The manager (Keith) said he's happy to cancel the order, but the money paid cannot be refunded for 4-5 business days. He says that the local store cannot cancel or process the refund it has to go through corporate. Which by the way, has no phone number or a way to contact them to confirm the refund is processed. They are holding up $45 until someone in corporate will refund it. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced for the five minutes it took to place an order. We are frequent Wingstop customers, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Thoroughly disappointed!!!

I do not appreciate the service I received today. I ordered over the phone and was rushed. My order was incorrect so I asked that it be remade. Instead I received recooked burnt wings. The manager was very unprofessional and walked away and skipped over me to help other The manager Sandra also proceeded to say unprofessional things to me due to me wanting a refund. A previous time I came the same manager Sandra begged me to fill out the survey and kept bothering me the entire time I waited for my food and even asked proof and for me to her my phone that I did it

I took a pics wish I could post the whole bag had sauce spilled all over the door dash driver couldn't find the address I live on the same road . unbelievable how the whole thing went not only issue with delivery but everything spilled all over . won't be ordering again

wait time is ridiculous. There is only 3 customers in the building and waiting 20 plus minutes for food.

Rudest customer service. Big guy at the register kept saying I didn't order my food to this location and was saying "this is why you call it in" to my face, Whole time my food DID get ordered to the right location. He didn't even want to double check for my order till I showed him the email confirmation. And when I asked for a cup of parmesan cheese he charged me $4 for it and gave me the smallest cup. When I asked for the cup same size the ranch comes in the rude girl working in the kitchen gave me attitude and came back with the same size cup she came out with at first. Worst experience ever.
