We had lil Caesars tonight. Very disappointing. Pizza. Too much sauce. Ordered extra cheese and other toppings. Can't tell there was extra cheese. Pizza looked awful. Dinner was spoiled. Toppings were in the center of the pizza. Pizza not cut well. We'd usually had really good service. Well. We're taking our business elsewhere. We're going to drive farther. We've had New Caney twice. Excellent customer service. This will be our new regular location. Too bad, so sad, for everyone.

after waiting an hour and five minutes the manager came out and told me to move because I was standing beside their coke machine which I guess allowed me to see them playing around in the kitchen and told me to step over into the crowd of 15 people in their tiny lobby I told her to just go make my pizza and she said we aren't serving you. Attitude sucks. timliness sucks. food sucks. Don't go here.

They took wasted 2 hours of mine and my door dashers time. i had to cancel the order . they kept telling my door dashers"35 more mins" he would see someone order and leave with food and it's enraging in my opinion. order from any other location. this one sucks

Service is slow, employees going out for smoke breaks and not washing hands after you order online and you still have to wait 20 minutes plus after the food is supposed to be ready

If I could give zero stars I would! I always order online cause they never have any pizza hot and ready. Nothing but un knowledgeable staff. This is the second time I arrive even after the given time and my order is not in the portal. I then ask for my order at the counter and wait 45 minutes after being told my order wasn't ready. When I approach the counter again the cashier tells me my order was in the portal the whole time but there were no names on the screen the entire time I was there so I couldn't put my code in. And proceeds to tell me it is his bad. Whoever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate staff and productivity.

I ordered some new pizza puffs. We asked for pepperoni. There was no pepperoni on them. When I tried calling the store back no one answered and I was transferred to some call center. I told them there was a problem with my order and they said I had to talk to the store and transferred back. I was on hold for an hour and no one ever answered my call. I hung up and called back and was again transferred to some call center to take my order. I was again told they would need to transfer me back to the store. I told them don't bother I waited on hold for an hour before hanging up. I took a screenshot to prove I was on the phone for an hour.

Little Caesars is a quick fast food pizza joint...the pizza at this location is fairly decent...if you have a kid...and they want a sleepover...then Little Caesar is a perfect option...myself...I'd rather get my pizza from different locations...this location is ok...but parking is horrible...it's just the surrounding area...so I try not to come here...but when the kid asks for it...what should I do...overall...I don't think I'll be back...but don't let my review stop you...because the staff was nice...but the pizza had little taste

I got a cheese with extra cheese and payed for it and what I got is like a sheet of paper no bread no cheese very little of both not what i payed for this has got to be the worst little Caesars on the plant

I like going here sometimes for the affordable pizza mainly but the nutty customers are an added bonus. Each time we go there, you can bet to see someone thrown off. For example, I was in line tonight, a lady came in from outside to talk way too close in a surly tone saying "Uhhh. Did you know there's a line here?" I said "we already ordered, we're just picking up." She said "Ohhh. Ok." I then said "If it's important to you, go ahead of us." She said "Oh I will. I have an emergency at home " in a a sassy attitude as if she was proving something to someone who had seriously wronged her. I could feel the crazy stirring inside her like a volcano under pressure just waiting to blow. Kinda felt sorry for her. It makes me wonder why someone would be getting a pizza at Little Caesars if they have an emergency going on. The guy that works their in the daytime with dreads is good people. He's funny too. Cheap pizza and a free show. How can you go wrong?
