POOR CUSTOMER SVC!!! First impressions are everything. The owner Norma was a little rough with her demeanor and I should have known then, it's just her lack of customer service skills. I was in charge of organizing a 75th birthday party where several people were going to be calling in their payment or via zelle which she was aware of and had no problem at the time of me signing the contract. Per the contract, the full pymt was due 1 month prior to the actual event (which I thought is unreasonable nowadays). Because I had no control of who paid/hadn't, I would call her to go over the names to ensure pymts were up to date, trying to adhere to the contract. There was a $350 balance and unfortunately, the person zelled the wrong Norma. Although she was initially patient with the late pymt, when other people contacted her (to coordinate cake drop off time/ her hours because she's not always at the hall), she called me sounding inebriated 2 nights prior to the event threatening to cancel my event stating too many people were calling her and she only wanted to deal with me and no one else. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SVC. She didn't care about what I thought of her demeanor or lack of good customer service. Thankfully when it came to the day of the party, her husband was the only one there and he was kind and patient which was much appreciated. Given the price overall, the hall itself was very nice and suited our needs. The restrooms were nice as well. There is no refrigerator to keep your food cold and they offered the worse setup. Their setup although $2 consisted a bucket of ice only and she said if they provided the typical setup of ice,cups, limes then she would charge $10 (also unheard of/unreasonable) Overall, I would not recommend having another event there given her unprofessionalism.

I called to get quotes about hosting my daughter's graduation and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The person who I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude and defensive. She was not helpful at all, when I asked her for a quote she told me $6,500 and I jokingly responded with, I can buy her a car, and she responded then buy her a car. I brushed it off , when I asked if she worked with vendors she would like to refer me to, again she was rude about it. This demonstrates that this venue DID not want my business. I do not recommend this place, I can only imagine if I would have booked what type of service I would have been given. She even text me the most childish and unprofessional text.

Bad customer service. I don't know how this lady can have a business. She's so rude. I recommend this place to my aunt but now after she hung up the phone on me and started screaming and being rude to me I don't recommend this hall to no one. At first she was nice but when it's time to get your deposit she acts like a different person. But karma Exist. All I asked her was a question and than she was acting Rude and hang up the phone. What type of Buisness owner treat her client like that. So people please please think twice before going to her. She'll try anything to keep you security deposit
