If I could give zero, I would. I placed a pick up order at 7:40 pm. The wait time was one hour and I was willing to wait. It is 9:07 and my order still isn't ready. One employee is on her phone and eating candy.

I had called my order ahead two hours prior because it was 2 family platters and wanted to give them plenty of time to finish. When I came to pick up they charged me and said it wasn't quite ready and to pull forward. I waited about an hour and called the restaurant to remind them I was still waiting. After I just went inside to ask for a refund and they gave me all types of excuses that no one communicated with them my order. I told them if they knew it was going to take an hour they should have told me so I could have just came back but they just ignored me. Staff was all over the place and the service was horrible.

This place has the worst costumer service ever!! The girls who take your order at the drive through are extremely rude. They want you to know exactly what you want and to not ask questions because they just are fkn rude!!!! Never again coming here!

Will not downplay the food, the food is absolutely delicious. I look forward to eating their pollo asado and costillas, etc. Reason for a two star: Poor customer service. Unpleasant to make orders over the phone, it doesn't happen every time, but it has happened enough where I no longer think is fair for loyal customers. I speak for my self, but I have also talked to others who like me enjoy the food there, but have the same complains about the service. The food is what matters anyway and its delicious- just please be aware of customer service. Especially when ordering over the phone. Person taking my order at this time was Laura. :/
