I used to come here all the time. I used to know the owner pretty well. They host awesome holiday specials and events. Unfortunately I no longer head towards atascocita often so I never stop by anymore. Just reminds me of days gone by. Anyway I hope you and your team are still doing great. AtascaVapes owner contacted me as soon as he saw my rating with the issue about selling me the wrong nicotine level. He insured me that it was a serious error to him and wanted to fix it. Apologetic and sincere, he stressed how important providing the best customers service and with me being s tobacco quitter was sympathetic with my situation. All I wanted was acknowledgement of their error and he went way beyond by not only fixing the issue with his employees and apologizing but also offering to make a special request to provide me the dosage nicotine to keep my business. I gratefully accepted. This company is serious about their customers and that's where i want to put my money. I'm giving them 5 stars.

Just moved to spring recently and I ran out of coils. Went in about 10 minute before close expecting to be met with annoyed associates who wanted to go home , but I was nicely surprised when I was helped out quickly, and as I made my purchase everyone was very welcoming and sociable! 100% recommend and I will be back whenever I need anything for my vape!

The store itself is very nice but pricing is quite high due to the location of the business comparatively speaking to other shops in the area. There is one woman an older lady that works there that may actually be the grouchiest most unfriendly person I have ever met. You can tell she is miserable and loves to share that with the guests. The young girl that works there is very friendly and outgoing. I'm actually surprised that a business in the vape industry isn't keeping up on news. I had spoken to the young girl informing her of the new federal ruling on pmtas that had just passed and the older woman butted in and basically told me I was spreading lies. If these employees aren't even keeping up with the news of this industry and advocating for themselves and their business makes me think it's a cash grab and I'm not ok with that nor will I return to this business. I want to purchase from shops that have knowledgeable employees that actually know their craft and the things that surround it. Very sad.

This is the best vape shop I've been to, dudes that work there are really cool. It has some of the best in house flavors. I highly recommend going here, not to mention it's a great place to chill since they have a comfy couch!
