Excellent service! Our first time here and Roxanne, the general manager was so hospitable! She entertained us and provided us all the specials. Pierre, our server, was very patient. He helped answer our questions to know what we should choose. We ordered the family size 50 wings, waffle and sweet potato waffle fries. The flavors were so good and we were stuffed! To end the meal, we had the brownie dessert and it definitely was a nice sweet touch to some awesome savory wings. We will definitely come back!

I love Big City Wings, but this location does not do it for me. I have only visited this location on a Tuesday for the buy one, get one wing special. The two times I've visited this location, they had only one table of people eating around the time 1or 2pm. The lighting is warm with natural light at the front. The staff are cordial, but not overly friendly. The first visit in March our waiter got sarcastic with me when I asked him a question pertaining to the condiments. I took it as maybe he was having a bad day. The food comes out and the wings are overly cooked making the meat dry. I didn't enjoy the wings that day, but gave them another try this week. Upon entering we were greeted with a friendly smile and welcome in. But when we asked for a booth there seemed to be a problem, because she made a face. I ordered the Tuesday special, which does not come with a side of ranch or bleu cheese. Ranch or bleu cheese is a la carte on the Tuesday/Thursday specials. I ordered a small waffle fry and wings with the flavors lemon pepper/hot. I asked if the wings could be extra wet. The wings came out and they are not extra wet like I asked. When I inquired about getting additional sauce it would have been a $1 charge, so I opted out. Upon eating the wings, again the wings were dry. I was so disappointed. The fries were good and I mostly ate those. One of my friends ordered wings and the other a burger on a jalapeño bread, wedge fries, and avocado egg rolls. My friend who ordered the wings also stated her wings were dry. My friend with the burger stated the meat had no flavor, but the wedge fries were good. She stated the egg rolls were okay, but not as good as Cheesecake Factory. The second Big City location, I have eaten at and thoroughly enjoyed is the Atascocita location. The wings are always fresh, never overcooked, heavily sauced when asked, and always busy! It is hard to find parking at the Atascocita location and I know why. The food is better and the staff is more pleasant.

I'll start with the positive..the beer was the only positive thing about this visit. We got mango habanero wings and spicy tajin, along with sweet potato waffle fries and cheese blocks. The wings were definitely mid, not very juicy but more on the dry side. The mango habanero sauce was good but the tajin was very salty. The fries were pretty soggy. And the fail of the evening was the so called "cheese blocks" as you can see they are just cheese sticks, the breading was pretty thick and tough. The 10 wings/fries were $20.75 and the trash "cheese blocks" were $12 way over priced for what they are. I would not come here again and hopefully you are reading this review and try somewhere else. The place was pretty empty when I went @6:30pm 10/4/25 now I see why. It was clean and the ambiance was fairly pleasant but that's about it. I guess the other 1 star reviews were right. Christina was my server and she did well sucks that she has to serve subpar food. Don't even bother trying to get me back for a free meal on you, I'd pass anyways.

The service was slow on a Wednesday. It was very slow, not many people inside. It took over 15 minutes to be treated by the waiter with "what can I get you" without receiving menus. I felt that I was at a drive thru over a sit down restaurant. Additionally the waiter was uneducated on the menu and advised us $5 whiskeys were all day. We closed out our tab of sodas without ordering food and went elsewhere.

The service was okay, but the food was honestly terrible. This was my first time eating here, and definitely the last. The wings were so overcooked I couldn't even pull the meat off the bone -- they were hard like rocks and served cold. The sauce, which is supposed to be a mix of butter and mild seasoning, was also cold and separated -- the butter wasn't even mixed in because of how cold it was. Normally, wings come out steaming hot, but these looked like they'd been sitting out for a while -- the butter was starting to congeal. The fries were disappointing too -- I got maybe three whole ones, and the rest were just broken little pieces like leftovers from other orders. Overall, a really bad restaurant experience. And for the prices they charge, it's definitely not worth it.

The kids and I enjoyed ourselves at Big City Wings. The wings and fries were great; and also the Breakfast Burger my son truly loved it. Great atmosphere, food, and service. We shall be back again.

We were two of four people in the restaurant for a quick lunch at 2pm on a Monday. The music was so loud we couldn't hear our waiter discuss the menu with us. We kindly requested the manager turn it down a bit. He said that he would "get chewed out by corporate" if he turned the music down. It was difficult to even have a conversation. We find it difficult when restaurant staff give us dubious reasoning for accommodating guests, our guess is there is now standardized volume across Big City Wings franchises and certainly not one that would be enforced on an hourly basis to accommodate guests who literally can't hear their waiter or each other. Food was mediocre and the rest of the staff was lovely.

THE BEST location I have been to!! Megan was such a wonderful, warm, and attentive waitress. She deserves a raise! If you've been to Bog City Wings and have never tried the Street Taco Fries, you are seriously missing out. Also, if you love anything sports, THIS is the place. There are huge Tv's everywhere showing every sports channel you can imagine.

First time coming to Big City Wings. Ms. Roxanne, the manager, and Pierre, our waiter/server, gave us excellent customer service and was very attentive when we needed refills and check up on us often even though we were the only group seating outside. Food was excellent and they let you try the different sauces before you order. We only had 50 traditional wings and fries. The wings are great and crispy. I would go again to try other their items.

First time at BCW! Our server Pierre and Manager Roxanne took great care of us! Tried the buffalo, mango habanero, lemon pepper , and garlic Parmesan wings and they were all Fire! Waffle fries are great especially the sweet potato ones. Finished with the Brownie cake bomb and ohh it's da bomb!
