We have been to this Cava many times, and the food is always consistently good. We typically opt for the two meat bowl, with the large variety of options to customize our bowl. While the food is good, the service is a bit inconsistent. For example, on a recent visit my wife was the first in line and proceeded to order her two meat bowl as usual. When she got to the checkout, the server charged her for an extra side of meat. When questioned about the extra charge, the server said that we had to let them know we wanted to split the meat selection between two half-portions in advance. Otherwise, they always put two full portions of each meat choice on the bowl. That was the first time we had ever heard such nonsense, but the server was insistent, and the others working the line did not show any concern either. Anyway, on other occasions we've had them forget to put the Nan and have to explicitly remind them that Nan comes with our order. We'll go back here, but wish they would improve their staff training to provide a consistent experience.

First time trying Cava and I can see this being a routine lunch for me. I'll start with, the food was PHENOMENAL! It kind of felt like Chipotle in here but with different menu options. Staff members were helpful and patient; it took me a while to build this bowl. I chose chicken and lamb as protein options, can't remember what the other ingredients were. Pickled onions have never been so good and I wish I added more. This location was clean, calm and welcoming. Easily the best $13 I spent this week.

Great service clean restaurant all employees were amazing. Chicken was delicious and all the extras inside the bowl was yummy too. I'm the only issue is the black lentils and the rice didn't seem to be cooked all the way they were a little bit crunchy other than that everything was so good. Miss Tatiana and Elijah were so super helpful, but everyone who works here was nice and welcoming

Had the tahini Caesar bowl with chicken, hummus, tomato, and onion tahini, Caesar an included pita and a spindrift sparkling water. Caesar bowl was delicious. Chicken had so much flavor and kind of spicy. I wish it was a little less spicy because my gut can't really handle that anymore. But I like the flavor and it was pretty moist not dry at all. Veggies were crisp and tasted fresh. Hummus was good and blended nicely. Dressing was a little bit spicy. That actually might've been what made the chicken spicy not sure. Didn't like the spindrift. It had a bitter taste to it. Sorta like I was just drinking carbonated water. Overall, I think I would definitely order from here again Next time I want to try a dessert

I like coming to this spot, I like that o get to create my own pita or bowl. Their options for bases , proteins and fixings are tasty. The team is always very friendly and serviceable . I liking hanging on the patio cause I get some light music and the the weather outside tying it all together in a good visit. Faves today Bowl with spring greens , rice , spicy chicken , original hummus , feta hummus and fixings with garlic sauce on top This is a make my own bowl I am describing They also have some store combos Mint and cucumber juice

This Cava sucked food the steak was hard and dry the tortilla chips stale and i don't know if exaggerating but the brown rice was hard . I've been to Cava on Washington that one is great but this one not good at all. Small portions were served and stuff under cooked and hard is never good . Service normal ambiance calm. I wouldn't come to this location again .

I came to this Cava location at 7:30pm on August 2nd at the Market at Springwoods Village. This is not the first time I come to Cava, but it is the first time I have ever experienced such hostile attitude from employees. First, the african american girl treated the customer in front of me with the most UNPLEASING attitude ever, he was being nice to her and trying to lighten up the mood because they had to restock things every 5 seconds, then the girl accidentally dropped this guys bowl over the rest of the serving options, the guy was saying it was okay and to not worry about it, but she made it seem like it was his fault that she dropped his bowl and she was making very dismissive facial expressions. I am next in line and the girl just stands there, doesn't greet me, or doesn't let me know she is ready to take my order. Just stands there looking lost. If you don't like working at a food place, find another job. It's no ones fault you're either having a bad day or don't want to be employed here. Get your attitude together before coming to work! I am so disappointed of this customer service, it's a waste of good location with the nasty attitude these kids have.

Tried this location a couple weeks ago. Portions were very small we left hungry. Not sure why the bowls were so skimpy and $30 for two people.
