TERRIBLE CATERING EXPERIENCE. The catering order arrived an hour late (it was for delivery) they called me to charge my card but didn't tell me how much the total was just thought It would be okay to charge my card twice totaling almost $400. When it comes to catering service is terrible. They're in a rush and blame you for any inconvenience or issues.

After a long day, I stopped at this Chick-fil-A! I love the fact that even though it was not the morning rush the staff is always great about taking your order and moving the line quickly. The food is always fresh and I can expect the order is correct! I prefer this restaurant because of how they treat you and no matter the time you can tell the staff truly cares about providing excellent service! The restaurant was clean and the staff made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.

I've been to many restaurants in the US, and this one by far is the worse, they are always messing your food orders, and when you call, no one answers the phone!!!

Today , actually just a few minutes ago I came by to pick up a mobile order for breakfast because I know it ends at 10:30 and wanted to make it before they stopped serving so I put in a mobile order. I waited maybe about 10 mins for my food because the girls upfront I guess forgot to put in that I had a mobile order ? So the lady working the drive thru line was super sweet. Not sure if she was a manager or not but just wanted to compliment her ! She finally asked what my order was and told her & she was kind enough to give me a little card to redeem a sandwich which was super sweet because I wasn't going to complain but I appreciate her and her amazing customer service !! Not saying every mess up made needs to be made up with something free but I appreciated her & her awesome customer service skills !

The worst chick fil a I have ever been too. I been to many in multiple different states and this one is terrible. The people are rude, they have attitudes out of this world. I've never experienced anything like this at a chick fil a before. I ordered chicken minis with the honey butter on the side which I have always done and have had 0 issues except for the one time I go to this location( which will be my last) might just be done with chick-fil-a all together. The lady who took my payment in the drive through added the butter for the side. I get to the window and I let them know I'm suppose to have honey butter on the side. She told me yes it's on there. I'm like no it's suppose to be on the side. She said we don't do it on the side and I asked her why she said because her manager said no. I asked is this a policy she just said her manager said no. I asked did they not have anything to put it in because I'm extremely confused. I should be able to determine how my butter I want on my food. Anyways she was clearly irritated. I just asked for my receipt. Everyone do yourselves a favor and drive 5 mins to go to the spring stuebner location. They are nice and will give you butter on the side. Avoid this location
