Over the last few months, this chipotle restaurant went from being one of the very best to one of the not good at all. The quality used to be superb here, but the lack of attention to detail has seriously gone downhill. Chips are burned or stale. Guacamole is nothing more than smashed avocado ordering online instructions are ignored. And serving sizes are considerably less than before an inconsistent for example, today I asked for light brown rice and literally half the bowl was full of brown rice. I had three pieces of meat that was supposed to be chicken. That means there should have been a spoonful of chicken, but instead I got 3 pieces: 2 were gristle and 1 was definitely not chicken. The guac was bland and obviously nothing more than smashed avocado. The chips actually had burned edges and were overdone. And I used my free queso, but got no queso in the bowl. This used to be my favorite chipotle because everything was so great. It's disappointing to see how downhill this has gone, but it's been a gradual process over the last few months.

Im really hesitant to use the drive thru. They almost always get my order wrong. It's very frustrating when you get home to see that they gave you a bowl you did not order then have to drive all the way back and then still be questioned about a bowl they got wrong even though I am showing them my on line receipt with my order. Today I picked up a order drive thru and asked if I could add a fountain drink and the girl there told me no because she doesn't have a register.. she had one like 3 feet from her and no one was in line and was like sorry no I can't but have a good day.. like how lazy are these employees, it was just a fountain drink..

I almost never leave a bad review, but this place has forced my hand. Just like everyone else has said, the staff here is completely incompetent. We've been here twice in the last 6 months and both times they've left out part of the order. Don't bother paying for double meat at this place, they have no idea what double is. You'll end up paying double and barely getting a single normal serving of meat. They also completely forgot to add the carnitas to the child's quesadilla we ordered. So my son got a cheese quesadilla and rice and beans.. ‍ this whole staff needs to be fired and the franchise owner needs to be replaced. I'll never come back here again.

I've never left a yelp review but this place was so unfortunate that I had to download it. I placed a mobile order and they forgot BOTH sides that I payed extra for (guac & queso). So I tried to call them twice and nobody picked up. The lady at the window wasn't kind or helpful either when I picked up my food :( I asked for vinaigrette and she very hostilely said that they "ran out" but I really think it was just because it was 9:25pm and they close at 10.

Don't try calling this Chipotle because you won't be able to get past their aggravating automated system to talk to a human being. I just wanted to ask if I could order some guacamole WITHOUT onions, which apparently they won't do. If they CLAIM to make all ingredients fresh, I'm not sure why this would be an issue. I told the manager that not everyone can eat onions, but loves guacamole. She stated that it is made first thing in the morning for the whole day, so they don't have any extra avocados. That is false because I have gone into this same location in the past, asked for sliced avocados and received them with no issue. Obviously they don't cater to their customers needs, as they claim! Sorely disappointed!!

Went for a burrito- the vegetable ingredients were low, the burrito maker told me it would take 6 minutes to cook. Typically this has happened before and usually chipotle staff would make a new burrito but not this time, i told them that burrito would get cold, so requested a new burrito. The staff told me that manager Ana Hernandez won't allow a new burrito & told me that they could give me vegetables on the side - i told them its not the same, the vegetables have to be mixed with other ingredients. I told them this was totally unprofessional as i was not going to pay for a cold burrito and pay for a product that i don't want. She said this fine but she won't make me a new burrito- things got ugly, The manager got emotional & cook became very aggressive towards me. In the end, the cook told me to get the F out of the store and i walked out. The manager won't give me area managers contact information also. Really unfortunate situation and i reported this to the manager of the 2920 store (elena). This staff needs serious training in customer service- i won't visit this store again, i been a regular customer of chipotle for 15 years- just really bad service- hope someone from chipotle see this and does something about it. I have the picture of the staff that i will post- the aggressive cook is guy raising his hands.

I stopped by to get a bowl for lunch with carnitas. The server scooped up the carnitas to put on the rice and I thought it looked very wet and was dripping with moisture, but she put it on the rice before I could say anything. I figured it would probably be OK. It was not. By the time I got to work, which was just five or six minutes later, the moisture had wicked through the cardboard bowl and soaked the bag so when I went to pick up the bag, the bag ripped and the bowl fell out onto the car floor. I had to use several napkins to pick up the bowl so I could carry it into work. I then used another six napkins to soak up the liquid - not counting the many napkins I had under the bowl so the table wouldn't be wet. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know that this had happened so they could inform/train their staff that they need to do a much better job draining the meat, etc. before they plop it into the bowl, but unfortunately you cannot actually speak to a person.

Husband brought home the food and one of the meals was not made as requested. So we drive all the way back to this location to exchange for the correct meal. As the mgr was remaking the order he mentioned to the person who made the first one stating he put black beans instead of pinto and his comment standing right there with the mgr was "they both taste the same" Hum, if so why give the option? Went to leave and stopped to change us an additional $3. Because they failed to charge it on the first rec't. REALLY, they mess up the order and we have to drive an additional 6 miles(3 there and back) and the mgr doesn't as a courtesy waive the $3?? Sorry didn't take pictures
