Wow, stopped by cause I got a craving for a bowl . Place was full and line was long but the thing that impressed me today and reason for 5 stars are the two gentlemen in beast mode at the counter moving the food prep Line as quick and efficiently as they can helping each other out genuinely , that made my food taste better , Thank you gents . The place was also kept nice and inviting Fave combo for today: Bowl White rice Black beans Carnitas Sour cream Corn Hot sauce Guac on the side

The service makes me shake my head. In need of some new staff. If you're the type that likes to eat from a place with good customer service I wouldn't bother. Im new to the area and have been 3 times to try and see if it was just the day but sadly it was not. All three times were just sad. No one wanted to be there, expect a new guy I wish I knew his name, the only one to even smirk. Not to mention portions are not what you get at your regular chipotle. Customers other than myself were mumbling over the same issue. Therefore, I will take a ride to the next closest chipotle cause this one has sealed the deal for me.

Brisket has changed. Too spicy. They soaked it in something instead of giving us just plain good brisket. I won't order again. I don't think they understand TX brisket.

Go there all the time. Order food for at least four family members every time. Totals range from $30 to $60. They have cut back their portions. When I asked about it, they tried to tell me that "no, everything's the same." I asked for just a little bit more and one of the kids asked if I wanted to double my order or half it. All I said is that I want the regular amount of meat that I usually get. When I got to the checkout girl. I asked if they were reducing their portions and she said no. That's normal. When you tell your regular customer that they are wrong, you're headed in a bad direction.

Placed and mobile order, food wasn't ready when i arrived. It was also missing my fajita veggies. I went back in and told the lady who made if she seemed to have an attitude and told me to throw my old quesadilla away. She didn't proceed to apologize about the inconvenience. The drink machine is always low here and seems to always have a nasty after taste.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I've ever had. My family went there today in a rush to get some food and customer service wasn't good at all... not only that but my brother Found a fly in his bowl and my rice was cold and nasty, and my chicken was cold hard and horrible would not recommend it ever.
