I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be 1/2 one type and 1/2 another type. We bring it back, and it was a plain pepperoni. I called the store, and there was an add playing. I couldn't get ahold of anyone, and it was too far to go back.

I used to like Domino's partly because of how fast they were. It would take 30 min tops to deliver once I played my order. Now, the past three times I have ordered they have taken over 1.5 hours to deliver. If the tracker they display is accurate.. it took 50 minutes to just put the toppings on my pizza.. and this was just for two pizzas. Not sure what is going on with this location recently and even less sure I want to order from here anymore, even with all the free pizza & discounts they have offered.

Absolute trash. Order extra sauce one both pizzas and got crackers. And cheaping out on the toppings. If your food cost is hurting don't take it out on the customers. Employee chilling in the back on the phone. I won't be back

stayed in and had a gaming session with my friends. we decided on cheesy bread (pretty good honestly, i forgot to add marinara so i was sad), the cheese steak tater tots (i didn't like it but my friends did, and two medium pizzas, they were okay at first until the pizza dried up because there wasn't enough sauce. the service was okay, we were in and out very quick which was a plus. the store itself looks clean from the outside and there was parking outside. the overall experience was just okay but this is one of the worst dominos i've ever bought from.

Yeesh! Where do I begin? Once upon a time Domino's pizza was the go to pizza for me. That last time they reinvented themselves and carried "better" ingredients, these were the better years let's say their GOLDEN YEARS. Writing this review is like meeting your favorite superstar only to realize they are a terrible person. This pizza looks amazing in the picture I ordered a pepperoni + "blackened" spinach + feta cheese with extra pizza sauce. I always get it sloppy but this pizza was so dry that after trying to eat while I was driving I had to pull over and stop at my nearest gas station j/k but this pizza was dry. I also decided to order garlic knots and these things are grease flavored cardboard, this can't be what James & Tom Monaghan had in mind with deciding to allow this. This experience made me decide to delete the app and intentionally avoid them until further notice. Domino's gets 2 stars for nostalgia reasons only Side note: I was really hungry y'all I promise to snap the pic first and then eat

I don't know if we just got really lucky or people only post when there's a problem so that it skews the reviews but we had an exceptionally good experience tonight. I ordered on the app and the tracker said it was in the oven like a minute after I put the order in. I thought ok maybe they just say that to make their numbers look good but no it was delivered lightning fast too. They beat the expected deliver time by a mile and everything was hot and perfect. No complaints. Keep up the good job guys you are awesome and appreciated!

On May 28th food was ordered, it started to storm, they called stating that because of rain they must cancel and a refund will be issued. I understood completely and appreciated the call. Days later I phoned asking about absent refund. Was told to wait 24 to 72 hrs . Today on 7th of June I talked with Pam, the manager. She told me to wait 24 to 72 hours. Or better yet to dispute with my bank because it's been so long. And since it's been so long it's no longer their issue. WTF! She was no help and didn't seem bothered by that fact. So they stole my money, wouldn't give it back and then told me to take care of it with my bank. I don't have time for this crap. I work. Hence Pizza delivery. I don't know what they're doing over there but lately it has just went from bad to really the worst it could get. The turnover in delivery drivers is ridiculous. I've lived here 6 years and only know two delivery drivers that I've seen more than once. That place needs to close if it's going to treat its Community like that.

The manager Verrenda is rude as hell dude threw my money at me. I was livid and it says he was the one preparing my pizza I hope the hell not. Geesh made sure I took my tip right out the door with me to.

Stopped going to this location. Parking spots up front that are meant for customers are ALWAYS occupied by the delivery drivers. I got yelled at by one of the drivers who said I slammed my door while opening it on his car and dented it as I was getting in my car, which was a lie.. He was inside and came outside and came to the window on the side my young daughter was sitting on and was screaming in her face with no regard. I got off to assess and proved to him I did not as the dent he was referring to was no where near where I opened my door and then he proceeded to look for any scratches he could find and blame me for them. Manager witnessed this behavior and said nothing about it.. what a disappointment to allow this behavior.. I used to always order my pizza from here but will Never be ordering from them again.
