Service at this location is horrible - so much so that I've opted to go as far as 15 min away in some instances. Toppings never seem to match the placed order if requested double/extra. I've done the option where the pizza would be carried out to the car because I have my young daughter with me and the last few times I've arrived, parked, clicked the HERE and the pizza was never carried out. Of course they turned off the counter so it appears as though it's been carried out to me within the 2 minutes. Upon entering the store there are MULTIPLE employees standing around and one eventually hands me the pizza that is just sitting on a shelf. Pizzas often sit in 'quality check' for an unreasonable amount of time so it's not clear if this is manually changed or something that is just not functioning as it's intended. The problem this presents is that it goes from sitting in one of the earlier stages for 15+ min at times and then it's DONE. On the other hand it seems they have their favorites as well as I've witnessed them bringing a pizza to someone who was driving thru the parking lot. Whether this was based on the person choosing the car delivery option or a special call seems to be inconsistent in the service most receive. I have advised friends in the area to choose another location or to frequent other pizza places in the area -- Marco's is a good alternative that is super close if you don't want to drive to the nearest Domino's. This is a location management/corporate should really look at closely because they're bringing down the brand overall.

I get that far food places are under pressure to be turn out good quickly however I think the quality of the food should not be compromised. My daughter typically likes there pasta bowls but this time it was way less in the bowl and it was hard and burn.

Waited a bit for food tonight but it was ok due to time and day of order. Saw on app there was quality check. It must be set on default because anyone with a quality check position would have started over with my sandwich. Very dissatisfied with what seems to be an ongoing problem every time I order from this location. Barely any fillings and what is put on is very bunched on one side of bread or the other. Seems like corporate should pay a visit to this location to see how they are representing their brand! 1 star this time!!!

Quickly ordered a pizza online, my kids were very hungry. My pizza was made quickly and was ready as the stated time on the tracker. Once i walked in, the floors were mopped smelled very clean! The two gentlemen working at that time were very nice as well! The pizza was delicious

Ordered an extra cheese, pepperoni, & sausage pizza. At first I thought the cheese was missing. Then I realized the cheese was burned. I'm giving them 2 stars because I get it, it's a Friday night and they attempted to rectify the situation by remaking it. However, whoever the lead person is was yelling to complete all of the deliveries first. There's a restaurant full of carry outs and they have to wait because he wants the deliveries done first. Not to mention some of the staff that's playing around and yelling at each other. I really tried with this place. And my "15 minute wait" is turning into a 30 minute wait. Update: now I've learned that they never started the pizza. Yep. Never coming back

the service was HORRIBLE!!!! and the workers were so rude we asked for a refund because they were playing around with delivery and they told me "if you want your pizza come get it no refunds" and hang up in my face!!!

Gave my pizza away to someone else twice, while they did offer to remake my prefer, I had to sit there for 20 min and wait for them to remake it. Zero accountability for who comes and picks up their online orders.

I placed my order online, received up dated text status on pizza. Excellent quality, the kids even liked it and they are picky eaters. We also ordered the pasta chicken alfredo, the kids also liked it, nothing left from 2 pizzas and 2 pasta orders. I had my food in 15 mins. I picked up my order, I was happily greeted, very friendly staff. We will try this location again, and hope we have the same experience.
