It says they are open 24 hours, but there is some rude chick who is always cleaning after hours and it takes ALL NIGHT LONG! I think this Jack in the Box location might just need to close at midnight, because they don't take orders after 12 due to "cleaning"

It would be nice if someone would pick up the phone. Customer service is horrible, why provide a number to call , but know one picks up the phone. And when I call again , it's "busy" . If you can't do your job correctly , working in the Customer service field then maybe you all should work in.the moon , where you can't be bothered ..

If I could give zero starts I would. Please check your order before you get out of drive thru at this location. I asked for a chicken biscuit but I was given a biscuit with mayo, lettuce, chicken and cheese in it. When I tried calling no one answered. Luckily I live nearby so I went back the next day only for the manager to be rude and ask me if I have the receipt despite showing her the picture of what I was given. I told her I may or may not have the receipt because I always ask for my receipt to be trashed. She gave me a look so I told her listen it's ok just make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. I'll let this go. All she said was I'll look into who worked that day and offered to give me a drink which I declined respectfully. Had it been a different color person, this would've been taken seriously but since we weren't she took us as a joke.
