I ordered a Turkey Tom and a Totally Tuna, from the drive up window and when I got home, both sandwiches were served on dried out, hard bread, not the fresh really good bread that sets Jimmy John's apart. It's hard to believe this was "Fresh Made in the Store Today" but even if it was this should not have been served to a customer. Obviously, this store could care less about the quality of the food they serve. Won't be back.

Stopped by today. I normally only post about bad experiences. But today I had a really good experience. The workers were amazing. First of all, I want to say this was my first time ever being here. My daughter usually orders for me and brings it to me. So I was unaware of which sub it is that she buys me all the time so I thought I'd go in and try them out for myself. First, when I got there, the guy which was the cashier's name, very irritated and rude, he was rushing me and acted like he had no patience and taking my order. It was really not that busy. There was no one behind me, and I feel like his attitude was uncalled for so at that point I was irritated due to the fact, I've been stressed out all day and I haven't ate. I try to come in and get me a sandwich with my kids and have a good day, but James made that a bit impossible so second besides resting me and being rude he didn't even try to help me with trying to use my rewards. I explain to him that I was in my phone because I was trying to figure out how to use my rewards but another coworker that was making sandwiches just told me to type in my phone number which he could've did but he had an attitude. I really didn't care for James. I'm disgusted at how he treated me and acted when I was in there, he was rushing me, and he act irritated by the fact that I was just taking my time and I didn't really know what I want it every question Iasked him Seemed to bother him. I didn't realize that the people and the sandwich line started making my sandwiches so I made a couple of requests after my sandwich was made, which was small. I would like the fixings on the top of my sandwich in the meat on the bottom and he turns over and says well they already made the sandwich. Do you want them to make a new sandwich And I said well they don't have to make a new sandwich they can just put the fixings on the top and the meat just swap it around. He rolls his eyes. The lady proceeds to fix the sandwich with the other guy with no problem and that was that. I really love their sandwiches but today it did not do any Good Being, I had a long stressful day and to come in with someone who has an attitude for no reason and was also being impatient when it was an a line of people behind me or maybe he just didn't wanna serve me. I don't know what it is but James needs to get it together. He needs to be trained on customer service. I'm really big on where I spend my money. I actually hate that I gave him a 15% tip when he didn't deserve it but that doesn't matter because I'm still gonna do what's on my heart and that is to do right by people even when they don't do right buy you. I really think that the people who make the sandwich should wait until the order is complete before they start making it. I ordered extra cheese on my sandwich and I didn't get that and my sandwich was not all that put together it look like they were a little skimpy on the toppings. I paid for extra and didn't get it so I'm a little disappointed and I probably will not be getting anything from him anytime soon or that location. Never-mind the fact that I spent 21.00 plus a tip for 1 sandwich combo just to be disappointed

I came in to place an order and wasn't greeted with any kind of great customer service. The cashier who took my order wasn't obviously trying to be bothered with a customer that may come in confused/potentially looking for a great suggestion of meal choice. After realizing I wasn't where I usually go the cashier didn't go out of his way to make any suggestion about what might be appetizing, Also, after I chose what I wanted I didn't even have a second to make any accommodations to my sandwich because the lady working the line just threw my sandwich together! The place was clean. However, if this is the type of customer service they are offering I wouldn't recommend it.

I was really looking forward to the new salami sandwich that they have on the menu. The sandwich was not toasted, so everything simply tasted soggy. Their sandwich reminded me of subway's and that's not good because I have never much liked the untalented sandwiches being made there.
