They've got an employee here that is not welcoming at all and will just stare at you with a blank face. He also seemed to not really understand the menu and he struggled with a couple customers. Just stared at the menu board in confusion. Luckily, someone else took my order so I was able to just avoid him. For some reason they seem to not be totally aware of their customer flow as from 5-8pm there is almost always a wait, even with the so-called hot-n-ready pizzas I waited 20 minutes.

Horrible service horrible facility I placed an order online a day in advance arrived and my food was not ready nor did they give an answer as to when the order would be ready. Service here is terrible and I hear this is a constant problem. Corporate needs to investigate this location!

Ordered a pizza @6:50 and took an hour for them to have it finally packed and ready to go. I understand pizza joints can get busy but when I finally got my pizza and got home I opened it to eat and it seemed like they didn't even work the dough for prepping because it had 70% dough and hardly any sauce or cheese on the extra cheese pizza, dont get me started on the Italian cheese bread hardly any cheese and tasted like I ate dough with Italian seasoning. As I was inside waiting someone complained about their order and the manager was making rude remarks quietly to another employee about the customer so very unprofessional staff when under pressure. Will not be returning to this location. I get its little caesars and it hasn't always had a good reputation but very poor representation on company name by some of the staff at this establishment.

Orderes a Large Fantastic Four-N-One Pizza, and when I arrived at home and opened the box it looked like the toppings were just thrown on there. There was no clear separation on the 4 different toppings. It seemed as if they made Thin Crust and Stuffer crust into one pizza. The slice sizes were cut un apportioned and the Crazy Sticks were not fully cooked. Could literally taste the Dough. Worst location ever

No Pepperoni in the Crazy Puffs. This the second time they carelessly forgot. I honestly don't see why these people come to work everyday.

The most unprofessional place I've ever been to! I watched the manger and cashier argue and curse someone for 20 mins until the store close and then said she's closing the door without talking anymore orders including the people already waiting for 20 mins during the argument. They also gave away a lot of food away for free to their friends.

We have ordered from this location several times and the last 2 times were just horrible. The food was undercooked the order was completely wrong and when we called to correct our order, the employee with a foreign accent called himself Eddie was very rude and condescending and placed us on hold for over 30 minutes. When we asked to speak with a manager he placed us on hold for another 30 minutes. This location and its leadership need replacing. Awful food and customer service. We are influencers and we will definitely put the word out for this location!!!!!!!! we also have photos to support .

I ordered on line, I was caught in bad traffic and arrived 35 minutes late. New customers were being turned away. Others were grumbling. One worker would sort pizzas and move stickers around accomplishing nothing. Then his dirty hat fell into an open pizza he was boxing up. He closed the box and just added to the stacks of pizzas. Finally, we got someone's attention and they said ten more minutes. They finally handed me my order and walked away. I had to tell to the back to all of they wanted me to pay our walk out. Absolutely the most disdisorganized place in my life. I normally do not bother to complain, but jeeeeejeeeeeshhh. Got home and no marinara for the bread sticks..
