I went with a group of friends, there was six of us for lunch. Everything was delicious. I had the 5 cheese Ziti and salad with breadsticks. Everybody enjoyed their meal. I love the salad. It was so fresh and delicious and so were the breadsticks they were cooked. Very good this time. My only complaint was the service was slow and it was a hassel making everybody trying to check out on the electronic keypad on the table, then the receipts wouldn't print out so she had to go get our receipts for us anyway. I would go back.

We had a wonderful dinner for the 4th of July. Most restaurants were closed but Olive Garden was kind enough to stay open for their patrons who didn't want to spend the day in the heat outside. We had a wonderful server Matt with a good sense of humour. We shall be returning as many times as we can. This is our go to place for Italian dinner I recommend this location, their staff is lovely and engaging and does have a great sense of humour!

Good mood good food! I love their new limited time steak gorgonzola fettucine pasta!! It's a must have when you go to Olive Garden. Also order their beignets and mango peach iced tea or mango strawberry iced tea. It tastes a lot like a lychee! So delicious! The manager was super nice and handsome so +10 extra review points for that. Thank you so much for my pre-birthday free birthday dessert. I just want to get straight to the point with this post. The service here by our waitress Hillary was wonderful! It was packed when we arrived & we still got our food in a timely manner! The food was delicious, paired with the service, it was immaculate. I highly recommend visiting this establishment.

We had a pretty lousy lunch experience today. We had a server that may be decent on other occasions, but today was not someone i would seek out, and would ask to sit in a different section if I knew she was my server. Alisa. We were sat at table 205, and we waited., and waited . No server. Luckily the tables have the little kiosks, so I was able to order some calamari for us. Still no server. Several minutes later, a manager comes walking around with calamari looking confused. He slowly bypassed our table because we clearly hadn't been served yet, we were still had our menus and there were no coasters dropped off by the assigned server letting others know that a server had already been by the table. He continued to walk around and instead of our calamari getting cold, We told him the calamari was ours and he made the comment ... oh I didn't see drinks so I didn't know it was yours. We then told him that we hadn't had a server come by yet. Somehow he didn't seem surprised. He took our drink order, and still no server, and brought our drinks back and said he would send a server over right by. Still no server. A few minutes later another manager came by and asked how we were doing and we advised her that we still hadn't seen a server or ordered yet. She took our order which was simple enough, we both ordered soup and salad. Still no server. That same manager then brought our soup and salad and bread sticks . Still no server. By this time I was just very confused and more than a little irritated, (we wanted more red sauce for the calamari) because tables on either side of us had been waited on , table behind us had been waited on , literally our little table 205 was just being ignored by the server. finally , Alisa casually walked by with no apology no excuse and said 'y'all doing good'? and started to walk off again. We had to stop her and ask for water refills. When she finally came back with the water refills we then had to ask her for soup refills. Definitely not offered. When she brought the soup , one in each hand , no tray, we went ahead and ordered two of the $6 to go meals while we had her there at the table. We didn't want to take a chance of her disappearing again and not being able to order the to-go entrees. We finished our food and hadn't seen Alisa again. There was no offer of more breadsticks, no offer of more salad, she never came by again. I went ahead and paid on the kiosk because now we were running late to get back to work. Finally Alisa came by with the two to go meals. Again no apology and no explanation. She just put the bag on the table and that was it. I'm glad at least a couple of managers were paying attention otherwise who knows how it would have turned out, probably not even a 3 star review if it hadn't been for the two managers.

Willowbrook. I placed a takeout order and sat at the bar. I sat near the beer taps and observed a young man standing to the right of the bar, looking intently his phone. As I waited for a bartender to acknowledge my presence, I watched the young man throw some trash away, then walk across to the bar sink and begin to put glasses away. He then walked past me once again and back to the other end of the bar. Patiently, I asked, "Is there anyone here working the bar?" He then replied, "I am". Patiently, I asked, "Can you serve me a beer?" He then put his phone down and asked, "Yes, which one do you want?" He served me a dressed Blue Moon, and just took off somewhere. I was about halfway through my beer when the food arrived. I had no bar check to tab out. I picked up my order from the counter when he popped out from somewhere with my bar tab. That was the most frustrating beer I've had in a while, but I still tipped $2 for terrible bar service.

1. Service - We've only eaten here once since they've opened, but as I recall, their server was pretty nice and friendly. We came here more for the food to-go during the pandemic for curbside pickup. Based on the team that had come out to the car, it was phenomenal. Before the pandemic, no one had this kind of service. So I guess they had to accommodate to the times. Anyways, still friendly as always. For curbside, call ahead and place your order. At your estimated time, pull up to one of their designated curbside parking and text the number on the sign. 2. Price - Main entrees can range from $14 to $20. 3. Ambiance - Dark, Cozy, romantic, and cheesy. 4. Food - their staples are chicken alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic bread. 5. Cleanliness - If they get busy, there are dirty tables that are not touched for 5-10 minutes. But usually they are on top of things. Not bad for a chain restaurant.

I have not been to with Olive Garden for the longest time and so I was excited when somebody suggested to me here because I wanted to remember how good the place was. Our service was just all right. I think that the customer service makes a huge difference and they did not do a very good job but I think they were still a new higher because they were very frustrated with the rush. They were quite busy and I did like that the server brought out drinks for us as we were leaving for my kids, because I did not realize that their drinks were included in the kids menu. The seafood Alfredo was pretty good, I enjoyed the soup and the breadsticks are something my picky child ate, so that was a total win. I'll be back but hopefully the service improves.
