Do not order food from this location. 1. Pizza Hut uses DoorDash to deliver and dont let me get started on that absolute disaster of a company 2. The employees are rude and do not care about customer service at all since "its not their problem". Pizza Hut should not only close this store but also seriously consider their partnership with DoorDash

I love this location! It's clean and smells amazing when you walk in! The food is always well made and fresh! Bessy always gives the best customer service, and it's always a smooth, easy, and friendly transaction.

This is my last time coming to this Pizza Hut! Clearly there is no structure or discipline here. Everytime i come here. It's always an issue. I try to see past it and just focus on the pizza but I just pulled up and the Aires 15 freakin minutes and the finally comes out and says he's the only one working but has the music loud af sounded like he was shooting the shit with someone. So yeah I love Pizza Hut but this owner needs to take his lazy ass in and train his employees correctly to respect people's time and orders. This is why Papa Johns is My 2nd option but looks like gonna take the lead soon!

On December 15th I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Pizza Hut in Spring on I-45. The order was cancelled by the store without any notification to me. They debited my account but have yet to refund my money for an order I never received. The store manager insisted it was my banks fault, the bank says they see the charge but no pending cancellation or refund. The store manager said that if I didn't like what she was telling me, her boyfriend could get on the phone and say the same thing. She was unprofessional and dismissive. She said there is nothing she can do and that I just have to figure it out. My last few orders from this Pizza Hut have had some sort of issue and the store manager is never helpful. I am finally writing a review because it just keeps happening! I truly think this woman was the least helpful and most rude person I have encountered! Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.

Ordered a couple pizzas for delivery on the Pizza Hut app. One was wrong. No big deal. Called Pizza Hut customer service. They transferred me to the store so I could get it fixed. I talked to a woman a the store who identified herself as the manager (I can't recall her name). She proceeded to inform me that when they make a mistake they do not send out a replacement you have to bring the pizza back to the store. When asking her why she started screaming at me that I was pissing her off. She then hung up on me. I drove to the store. She was still rude and argumentative but they remade the pizza. Unfortunately you can't see the kitchen from the lobby at this location. Hopefully they didn't do anything unsanitary to my food.

I don't usually leave negative reviews- I haven't had a poor experience until today. They got our order wrong. We didn't order thin crust but the pizza was giving flat. We let them know that there was a mistake- we asked for two stuffed crust pies and we got one. They're made the pizza with the wrong toppings. At this point I don't trust that they'd get it right the third time... I hope they didn't do anything to our food.

Whatever you do please don't order from here, unless you're prepared to stand inside the location so you can correct everything right then & there. Im an idiot I keep ordering from them late at night as a LAST RESORT to feed my family bc I've been at work all day & don't get home until after 9. EACH time my order HAS BEEN WRONG. They forget items that specifically pay for. And this last time I had to call 6 times. 1st time the guy put me on hold & I was hung up on. Second time he answered & immediately said, please hold and Put me on hold then hung up on me. Each call after, someone picked up & hung up. I've never experienced this type of service. It enrages me to the point where I want to take time out of my 50 hour work week. 3 days before Christmas, to go up there. This is the worst experience over ever had with the chain. If you live in SPRING TX PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever ordered. Seriously....ordered one that was cheese, and it was as hard as a rock...like cardboard or a pizza from the freezer section in a 99 cent store that has sat out for a day or two. Two other pizza's, one a hawaiian, kinda doughy and a little slim on the toppings, then a combo that was greasy and undercooked. Spent over $60....worth maybe 10...if that. I will never order from this place again...just gross. I called the store, and I have to say the guy that answered was actually very nice. I opted to have another one delivered, he said he only had one driver, so he wasn't sure when he could get it out....I said it doesnt matter.. go ahead and remake it...so we will wait...sigh
