Whoever you have taking orders close to 7:30pm on 6.2.25 got the order Nearly right. When asked if I wanted "classic or spicy" my reply was classic... that's probably when they picked spicy. I got blamed for ordering it that way! And another thing you did not give me a dang receipt. I would've picked it out right then and there. Well, at least it's made a little improvement since last time we got chicken there, that was not properly done since it still had blood in some of it. Not going to fault you on the fast service just the wrong chicken!

I came in at about 4:52 On a Monday evening (today) Went up to the counter at waited for my order to be taken. I guess because there is a kiosk there that's why the workers did not acknowledge me or talk to me until some other customers came in of a different race the same race as all the workers (Spanish/not black) working and they were greeted and I was not, and I clearly saw plenty of workers looking at me and did not speak to me not one bit I would hope they're not racist but given the situation I just explained it does seem that way. Obliviously that was not pleasant. I'm only giving two stars because once I took it upon myself to order from the kiosk when I asked what look like the manager for some hot sauce, they politely gave it to me.

I've been to Popeyes in every area you could think of and several cities over my lifetime and this one that's closest to my home is by far the WORST ONE! I'm done. Service-Trash Food-Trash always old especially if you order something besides chicken parts. They prepare a food in advance never fresh. If you go here check ALL OF YOUR FOOD.

This maybe the slowest Popeyes I have ever been to! Went through the drive through and the line was moving like a turtle. Then they said it was due to the inside being so busy. The line was so backed up they asked us to pull forward and the line still did not budge! Save yourself the time and hassle and go to literally any other location! I finally went into to get my order because they took sooooo long. They tried to give me the wrong food and then when I checked my order they still forgot items. On top of all that the food was cold and dry like it had been sitting for hours. Terrible experience!

GRUBHUB: DELIVERY SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. It was bad enough to place hot food package on the ground to attract insects but another thing to drive away without ringing doorbell. Regret leaving a nice tip.

This place is the worst, this might've been the worst popeyes i have ever came across!! the food is very bad and i got raw chicken on the inside!!! this popeyes is unprofessional and unhealthy. the service isn't bad i just wish there was more english people because there are mainly spanish people which isn't bad but this is america filled with white people like me. the place is just awful, this place needs a new manager and people. i'm tired of coming across places like these with people who don't know how to do their jobs.

Customer service suck! an old spanish guy won't give me my order unless I provide him the name of the order. Here is the scenario... Me and my niece ordered thru the app. one for her one for me. she sent me the email confirmation of her order so that I can ahow it to the staff. As I was picking up both orders. Usually in other branches, you kust give them the name of the person in the order. But this moron old guy asked for the phones. I told him rhe other phone was at home because we used 2 phone to use in the app and he said he cannot give me my other order. I tried explaining to him but he won't listen (or is he just plain stupid). He made my blood boil, and my voice kept louder so he will listen. Didn't bother what the other customers will say coz those orders were already paid and he won't hive the order. He asked me if I can see my order in their screen and I told him it's there with the name on it and still won't give me my other order. This is so frustrating. Manager should check on this and get that person out coz he is bad for business.
