Omg the service was super quick BUT the manager it's so mean to the crew , I managed a restaurant to and it's not way that I been calling for orders like her RESPECT to you crew members

I'm not sure what kind of "chicken" wings they use, but these are the SMALLEST wings that I've EVER seen!! When I received these "wings" they were cold, like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for a while, and they were not fully coated with sauce...like they just haphazardly threw everything in the box. $13 for a 12 piece (not the meal, just the chicken)...awful value. Further, the lady at the drive thru stood there with my order in her hand for at least a minute while she took the order of the car behind me, like I wasn't at the window waiting or she couldn't just lean over and hand me the bag. Lastly, why ask me what kind of sauce I wanted if you're not going to put it in the bag anyway?! Poor food and service, even for a fast food spot.

The service is TERRIBLE came through drive thru on May 28th at 9:45, reading the menu they had a special for $25 what the menu displayed Tenders Family Bundle 12 pc, 4 sides, 4 biscuits, 4 beverages. I went to order that & the cashier stated we don't offer that i said it is on the display & he still denied they offered that, I advised he can come & look at menu cause it is here & it was not scrolling pass it was posted on menu. He told me he can give me the offer but minus drinks & I said no I want what it states & for how much. I asked for manager & I was shocked when he said Diane does not speak english and I don't speak spanish and not to be rude but being in the position she is in how does she not speak english & how do you resolve issues. I pulled up to window they walked away cause they did not know what to do, they did not want to honor what THEIR menu stated, I sat at window waiting on someone to acknowledge me for about 5 minutes, cashier came back, they wished I pulled off but I was going to miss chickFila and needed to feed my children. Diane in the background pacing instead of rectifying the situation, the era on their behalf she is making calls. She called someone I was advised and they gave her the thumbs up to HONOR their menu . So, finally they take my order for the amount it says on THEIR menu board, but all along they were telling me there was no way for them to process my order for that amount with what it states on menu. I was at this facility for over 30 minutes for something she eventually made a call about I was advised and took her less than 5 minutes. I called today the 29th for a corporate number or someone to speak with & I was advised they do not have a corporate office & the manager is on break. This location is very unprofessional..Let me add when received tenders were not fresh, nor was the little macaroni that was in the container, the mashed potatoes were warm & biscuits were ok.

crew is full of idiots & PLEASE do not try the new wraps from them... i had the wraps at another location, my wrap from this one was 1. cold 2. not even a tortilla 3. disgusting i just threw it away. i asked for spicy & it was full of regular mayo *barf*. i also gave them a coupon at the window & some dumbass says "i already cashed you out" like wtf does that even mean? 0/10 recommend!!! close the whole popeyes.

I ordered Popeyes through DoorDash, I found two pieces of hair in the Popeyes. The chicken was wrapped up and Popeyes blamed DoorDash. I called to speak to the manager. They refused to let me speak to a manager and all I wanted to do is tell them that they're leaving hairs in the chicken, the person that answered the phone ignored me and blamed DoorDash and hung up the phone. This happened August 18 between 1230 and 1 o'clock. They refused to check to see if a certain person had a hairnet and ignored me.

Drink tasted like cardboard, the lady gave free sauce and it usually costs like 75 cents for sauce and the food was good 7/10
