This location recently moved from the corner of Gosling and Kuykendahl to the Grand Parkway Marketplace. I stopped in to see what's new. Had a skinny sweet heat pork BBQ sandwich, a cup of chicken pot pie soup, and the new butter brickle cookie. Washed it down with a Tractor Craft refresher, a juice blend drink. I got the Farmer's Friend, which has grape juice, and a couple other fruit juices. The sandwich was very good, some heat but not too much. It held together nicely and the skinny size was very satisfying. I would definitely get that sandwich again. The chicken pot pie soup was rich and satisfying. The top is a crumble rather than a crust but has the same flavor. The butter brickle cookie was great--nice and fresh, with just a bit of crunchy caramelization from the butter brickle filling. The refresher was an excellent complement to the meal. I am a fan of agua frescas at Tex-Mex places and these refreshers definitely remind me of them. The one I got was kind of like jicama (hibiscus on some menus). Good choice to avoid fizz. The interior is very inviting, nice wood chairs and booths. The booths have power outlets, inviting you to hang out awhile. The men's restroom was in the process of being cleaned while I was there so it would definitely have been fresh and ready. No notes, I really can't find anything critical to say.

It's been a long time since I had a Potbelly sandwich. I had a craving for the hot peppers, so I stopped by today and ordered an original veggie melt. The menu sign in the store showed the price to be 9.19. However, when I paid and looked at the receipt, I was charged 9.49. Not only that, but I ordered the sandwich with the works (which means everything on the list); however, I was so hungry and halfway through the sandwich, I realized there were no hot peppers or pickles on the sandwich. So, I had to ask for some to put on my sandwich. I doubt I will return because paying over $10.00 for a melted cheese sandwich with a few veggies is too much, especially when I had to take part in making it. I was very disappointed, and the sandwich was much smaller than I remembered.

I love potbelly! I visited this location on yesterday for lunch. My boyfriend and I ordered two salads. It was my first time ordering a salad and his first time visiting a potbelly restaurant. The place was spotless! The person who made our order was very patient and answered all our questions. The salad was amazing! The only suggestions I have is more options for toppings to put on it and making sure the avocado is ripe. Will return soon!

I love potbelly, the quality of the sandwiches are always great! At this location, for some reason the young lady making sandwiches decided to berate my younger brother on how he speaks. Although she understood what he was saying she made sure to comment on how he speaks and correct him multiple times. To the point where my little brother no longer wanted to ask and expressed his discomfort with the situation. What was supposed to be a normal outing with my brother became an issue because the employee working (young African American woman) decided she wanted to criticize my little brother. She also cursed saying "type shit" multiple times to my little brother. Maybe customer service training needs to be revisited for her it was very unprofessional.

I love Potbelly sandwiches. The multigrain bread holds together and is yummy. My fav sandwich is the turkey avo. The bread is dressed with the meat and cheese and then run thru a small oven to heat it up. Then you can order toppings from the menu. Don't forget to get the bag of a dozen oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They are 100 calories each a nod the bag costs less than $5. They do have a good kids meal as well.

What a joke of a store and the customer service is awful. We ordered in store, took the bag from the employee after checkout only to get home missing a sandwich. How does that happen? I called to tell them and say we were coming back for it when I was greeted on the other side of the phone by "you guys walked out before your sandwich was ready." When I asked if she was saying it was my fault she said no and I already refunded my money. I explained that we still wanted the sandwich and when my husband got there he was greeted with more sarcastic "you're ok" when he explained that they handed us the bag. Customer service is key and this was embarrassing to say the least. I will NOT be back.

Sandwich is always good but if you have a choice go to Tomball location. Customer service is always pleasant there. This service was rude and told me she was working in several orders. I understand they have a lot of drive through orders. I shouldn't pay the price for that. She made ME feel like I was stupid because she didn't know which was my order, instead of apologizing to me for HER mistake. Will only go to Tomball now. It's not by coincidence that so many people complain about the service here.

Gave me someone else's order.. live 15mins away, called and let them know asked if they could remake my sand which so it's not cold. I arrive and they clearly give me the same old half cold half hot sand which because it had just been sitting on their oven. Not asked if I wanted anything for the inconvenience either.
