still my favorite sandwich shop ever! The bread is perfectly crispy and crunchy. I got the BLTA with added hummus and cucumbers with voodoo heat chips and it was the deliciousssss! so good! I could seriously eat this every day. Every time i've come here the service is always so kind and amazing. This is one of the few places I love eating inside because it smells sooo good in there, even smelling it from the drive thru makes me want to get off and eat inside. I'd wish they'd add honey to their menu for toppings, mustard and honey would make the sandwich *perfect*. not honey mustard, just honey and mustard. ;) Great place for lunch! their shakes are also *chefs kiss*

Our first time to eat here and it will be our last. Being our first time we had questions about the menu and got attitude at the drive thru window so decided to go in. Got our food, went home! WTH!!! My husband had to pick thru his salad because 90% of it was wilted. For the price just go down the street to Jason's Deli and get a MUCH better salad and no attitude. Chili was OK, but I have to give it to the Wrecker sandwich....it was pretty dang spicy but good. WAY expensive for what we ended up with. Jason's Deli is a much better choice for your money!

Food was okay. We entered the sandwich shop at 9:15PM. One of the girls right away told us we cannot dine in , in which we responded that we would take out. I had a question about a sandwich and again, she had such a smart ass attitude pointing at the menu. It looked like she had a long day and was over it dealing with customers. I understand but come on, y'all running a business. The least you can do is fake it. There was another worker "Kiara" or "Kiana". she was polite and this is why I'm giving the 2 stars. The other girl had no name tag. She was rolling her eyes at the drive thru customers. She interrupted me when I was talking. She was complaining about the drive thru customers to her coworker in front of us. She was just completely rude. Overall, shit service from her. But I do appreciate the other worker. She may have had along day, but still pushed through. Potbelly Management, do better. Thanks but I won't be coming back.

Truly apologize for the late posting. Just a few weeks ago we finally was able to stop by here and had our first quick grab. The place is nice but not completely the same as what I was used to in CA. We ordered a few sandwiches with avocado and sadly their avocado was hard, I meant hard that he had to pry the pit (seed) out. It wasn't ready to be consumed, so why force it. I found out that a small portion of avocado is and added $1.50, (no wonder). Then my sandwich was the last one to be prepared, and he asks, "do you want avocado in it?" I think my sandwish speaks for itself, Avocado chicken sandwich. Sadly, this place isn't going to be in our list of favourite places to go to.

My husband went to grab us a couple of sandwiches from the drive through. He had a steakhouse beef which he said was ok and I ordered a turkey and Swiss... (I was home) The gentleman at potbelly didn't ask what we wanted on the sandwich and gave to my husband as is. (on their website this same sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes so I assumed it came with that at the very least) When my husband hands me the sandwich it literally JUST had Turkey and a piece of melted Swiss. NOTHING ELSE. I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and probably won't go back. A shame too since it's so close to the house.

My first time here and my last. The absolute worst sandwich I've ever had. The Mac and cheese was old. Iced tea was gross. And they forgot half our order. 10/10 do not recommend.
