Came here today because the sonics on 7011 louetta took close to an hour to make a simple order of a diet coke and a grilled cheese. I went to this location and got my order in less than 10 min and their grilled cheese was so good! Employee was friendly and kind and I'll definitely be back

If you want sonic... use the app because the equipment is defunct or the staff won't listen. 50/50 on that but they will get frustrated and yell at you. With the app there's none of that but I had 4 deviations from my order so... there's that reading thing suffering as well.

We are an every day customer. The location has great servers but the speed to bring out food is a joke. They blame it on the app, which used to put it in the front by using it. They don't adhere to those rules. The brand deserves better than the leadership they have. The manager came out tonight after waiting 20 minutes for a taco and 4 drinks and didn't accept any accountability. We were the only one for 10 minutes at the drive thru and still they served all 5 that came after us first. Please sell the location to someone who cares.

I've literally only ever been here 3 times since I've moved here..not a single time, has my order actually been what I asked for... Service was good, time of wait was good, I ordered large chili cheese tots with onions and jalapeños and a large strawberry Cheesecake Shake, the shake was tasty the tots were lite, absolutely no onions, a few jalapeños and a hint of chili. Okay, what does 1+1 equal? It's 2, correct? How do you get confused between a double quarter pounder cheeseburger with a single hamburger? I came to this sonic last time thinking it would be a different outcome since last time they switched out my chili tater tots with regular tater tots. Turns out this is a very constant situation that they have been doing and from what I can tell the review from what I seen online or not good at all. either the employees need to get their work together and provide actual good customer service or this place needs to get shut down permanently.
