I called ahead to see if the strawberry shortcake ice float was back yet and it wasn't although advertised, however, the nice gentleman said he would make me one! Boy, was that thing amazing! I also got the Smashburger Double BOGO for Hubby & me. Sooo good! I highly recommend guys. Enjoy because we sure did!

I used to love this sonics location but I'm not sure what's been going on recently. Around 2 months ago my sister and I came here and waited 40 minutes in our stall for a grilled cheese and a vanilla diet coke. At the 35 min mark my sister had walked out of the car and asked a worker if everything was okay because people who had come in after us had already gotten their food and left. The worker gave my sister attitude and handed us cold food. Today I decided I'm not going in anymore after my friend and I waited close to 50 minutes for the same order...we even hit the red button where the worker just said okay when we asked for our food. I ended up calling sonics customer service and I got a refund and left without my food. If you're having a similar issue at this location make sure you call their customer service line or you can even text!! Ask for a refund and just go somewhere else and also ask if they can escalate the issue to upper management.

I went to the louetta/stubner-airline location several times over the summer and the staff continually flubbed the order & always seemed rude & inconvenienced when I asked them to correct it. The last time I was encased by cars at the drive thru for over 15 minutes after I received my incorrect drink while they fixed the cars order 2 cars in front. When I asked them to redirect the cars to open spots to let the traffic flo, they dismissed me, & said, "it ain't gonna take much longer". Apparently the staff is undereducated as well.

I work just right down the road and when I come in the afternoons during happy hour there is not a long line and they have people moving fairly fast. The employees have always been super nice and helpful when I go. Normally I hate going to sonic but this locals very nice.

Nothing but idiots work here. Worst customer service. They will let your ice cream cone sit for 10 minutes and when you ask for another one they will just put it in a cup as a solution. Just go across the street to DQ for a quick treat on a hot day.

Awful service! Sat for 30mins waiting for our food! Had to pull around to re-order and when we finally got our order it was ice cold. No one ever came to check on us entire time we sat there. Employees could care less.

Horrible customer service. Aaron was rude and petty about condiments. I gave him back the condiments I didn't ask for and he still had an attitude. He said, " I'll just throw it away ". The negative attitude was just ridiculous. I didn't even enjoy the food.
