Quality and selection. Bread was not fresh out of items every time we have been. Drink dispenser had only 2 flavors available. No bottle drink selections. Poorly ran!

All of the ingredients looked really old and aged. It made my sandwich taste weird . on top of that the lady that was making my food didn't speak English. I understand that Spanish is widely spoken over tx but you would think the person that's taking my order would speak English.

I went on lunchtime, I guess she was doing an online order but she didn't greed me not even a I'll be there with you in a moment. Even though she was nice after all she was the only one working there and that's not fair I hope management focus on having more then only one person working.

On 11/21/23 @ 9:30 went in little teenager said they were "closed " according to Online and restaurant doors they are open till 10pm pretty she just didn't want to work and as-well had a friend in the lobby talking with her. Very unprofessional.

We visited at lunchtime. We were the only ones in the place at the time but they had no provolone cheese, no spicy mustard, no barbecue sauce, no applesauce, no apple juice, no fruit punch, and no white milk. Other than that I suppose it was fine.

You know that feeling you get when you think, "I should just leave and go somewhere else"? I had that feeling when I walked into this Subway location on Saturday with my family. We walked in to a mostly-empty restaurant (on person ahead of us). I could hear someone in the back of the kitchen cleaning things. There was a young man, Jamond, who was making some sandwiches for the customer in front of us. There was no smile nor greeting as we came in. No friendly, "Welcome to Subway" called out to us. Just the opposite. I thought he looked rather upset that we walked into the store - forcing him to possibly have to work a little more! Uggh! We looked at the floor. "DISGUSTING!" I thought! It looked more like a Texas Roadhouse floor, but instead of peanut shells, there were literally piles of bread crumbs, lettuce and bits of food. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days! The drink area had old pools of beverage that had dried on to the stainless steel surface leaving a film of sticky residue (and nowhere to set your cup). The stock of chip bags was half-empty and there was not much variety compared to other Subway restaurants. Seeing all of this disgusted me nearly to the point of leaving (but that would mean piling the family back in the car, buckling three little kids in their seats, and driving around until we found somewhere else to eat. Sheesh!) As I peered up at the menu (one of those T.V. menus that constantly change screens), I realized I like the old-fashion menus that don't interrupt you as they are being read. I didn't see the "Sub-of-the-day" menu, so I asked Jamond if they had a Sub-of-the-day, and if so, what was it? "Black Forest ham" he muttered at me without looking up from the sandwich he was making, again in a ticked-off kind of way. Jamond had just finished up with his customer when I was making myself ready to order. Just then, Dustin came out from the back kitchen area with a smile on his face and ready to jump in and help. I watched him dry his hands and put on some gloves before asking us what we wanted to order. All of that went well. When I asked him to cut a 12" sub into 3 pieces, Dustin even had the foresight to pull out three separate baskets for each of my three kids and divide up the sandwich for individual servings without me asking him to. Dustin was like a breath of fresh air in an otherwise filthy Subway restaurant. What I couldn't believe was how Jamond sat in the corner looking out the window like a pet store puppy wanting to be adopted and leave it's cage. The ENTIRE time we ate, Dustin was cleaning the kitchen area and restocking vegetables. At one point, Jamond got up and went into the kitchen. He came back out and stood at the kitchen opening and, again, stared out the window for several minutes while Dustin continued cleaning - walking around Jamond to do his job. A little while later, Jamond went back to his table in the corner, put in his ear buds and stared out the window. He sat there until we left. I only know the names of these individuals from looking at the receipt left behind from the prior patron and my receipt. Otherwise, I've never seen either teenager before. If this was my restaurant, Jamond would be fired immediately. There is SO much work that needs to be done in a restaurant to keep it looking and feeling fresh and clean. It's been 20 years since I've worked in a restaurant, something that always stuck with me, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!"

Bad service. I ordered online, received a text my order was ready, arrived and told they hadn't started on my order. I wanted to cancel my order and was told by the one employee working there, he would have to call his manager which he was in no hurry to do. I get there is only one person working there, but at least work with a paying customer on the botched order. Absolutely did not care whatsoever. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Place is horrible. Trust me and go to any other fast food restaurant in town. This is so dumb that I have to write more to post a review. Place sucks. What else do I need to say?
