If your hungry for a sandwich and wanted it your way do not come to this location. I came at 8 o'clock at night. They're supposed to close in two hours And their vegetables are limited to just lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Even the bread choices are limited to just white and wheat.

The food service person by the name of Arianna had a bad attitude. I ordered multiple sandwiches, and she was not patient as I told her what I wanted on each sandwich. Her vibe was off as far as customer service goes. I can digest a bad sandwich, but a bad attitude is difficult.

Visit with a disable child who does not speak. It was not rush hour. I explain we need time. The girl helping us was very patience, the manager was not. I was ok with them helping the people behind me, but the manager would not stop rushing us. At the end, my orders was mix up with the people behind us and the children could not eat it, due to the jalapeños. Money wasted. Rush, and lost repeating customer.

Ordered 2 - 6" subs to go today. Both were terrible! Not toasted well, no real flavor. We have been going to this Subway for years & today was the worse it has ever been. It is doubtful that we will return to this business

I'm so disappointed in this location. We've frequented this subway for years . As often as every Friday , because my children love when we bring them subway to school on Fridays! It's close to home and the workers are usually nice.Well, we won't be going to this location again. They hire people and place them in the store alone , without proper training on the register. Today , I went in to order 4 kids meals; I told the customer service rep I specifically wanted meals. After preparing the sandwiches, she proceeds to charge me for sandwiches only. I asked her to charge me the difference , since I specifically told her that I wanted meals . She couldn't do that. I asked for a refund , she couldn't do that. I asked if she can just charge me for the drinks ( chocolate milk) , and she said they were 2$ each. I was going to accept that but once I saw that she tried to charge me 12$ for just drinks, I was done! In what mathematical world does 2x4 =12???? Tax ( .0825) on 8$ is not 4 dollars! I ended up calling corporate , since subways are privately owned and the manager was not reachable. The owner ended up calling me and pretty much just said sorry. When I told him I was a long time costumer and very disappointed that I had to spend 20 mins in the store trying to wait for this worker to correct HER mistake, he pretty much gave me an oh well. He didn't offer any thing to make the situation right. I ended up going to a gas station to get drinks for the kids. I guess our Friday treat will be Jersey Mike's; they treat their customers like family! Subway corporate is letting these private owners run their reputation into the ground.

Just tried to call an order in. The person who answered the call did not speak english. Then the next girl, named Wendy she said was very rude. Accused me of calling sandwiches in and not picking them up. Whatever. It took almost 10 mins to order TWO sandwiches with her due to her accent and her just not listening. Ain't nobody got time for that. The manager needs to clean it up. I will not use this store again, and as soon as my hubby gets here with the reciept, I will call corporate.

Ordered online for the first time. Said it would be ready at 8:10 pm. Got there exactly at 8:10 and the sandwiches were soggy as though they'd been ready for 10 minutes. Guy behind the counter was really nice but I got home to 3 out of 4 sandwiches done wrong: 1 of the 4 sandwiches didn't get toasted. 1 sandwich had the wrong bread 1 sandwich had the wrong bread and had cheese but ordered no cheese. 1 out of 4 sandwiches was done correctly. All tasted yummy though.

What's up with the girl that works there on Sunday afternoon around 5? She looks like her dog just died. I had to tell her 3 times to smile and be happy that she had a job where she was making a paycheck. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. If someone's not grateful to have a job even if it is minimum wage, then maybe they need to be out on the streets so they can learn a thing or two. I own my own Insurance Agency. When I hire people, I tell them they need to have a heart of gratitude and have a smile and be happy they're not pushing up daisies when they wake up in the morning. If someone looks like mr. Grumpy all the time, I have no use for them. I got no use for somebody who goes to see a customer with a bad attitude or a frown on their face. Whoever the manager is at the store, if you can't train your people to have a smile and greet people and not mumble when they speak to them, you'd probably get more business. This girl couldn't say hi how you doing she couldn't say you're welcome when I said Thank you and I had to have her Speak Up 3 times because she sounded like she was mumbling. Just because the generation of today is a bunch of morons, doesn't mean you have to allow it in the workplace. Dave plenty of people looking for a job that are happy to be making a minimum wage paycheck and that have no problem putting a smile on their face when dealing with customers. This Subway, if it's not someone that can speak English then it's someone who looks like they would rather be dead. Absolutely zero training when it comes to customer relations. And I won't even go my rant on how bad the place smells or why it's hotter inside than it is outside.
