We love our friendly local bahn mi and boba spot! It always nice to come after grocery shopping on an empty stomach. I personally like to always go with their pork and beef bahn mi, they are always great and tasty not to mention the sizes are reasonable. Their drinks however are what brings us here even when we are not hungry, their milk boba is my daughter's favorite versus I like to stick to my sweet fruit teas with popping balls. This restaurant is always neat and clean, it seems like every time we walk in it looks newly mopped and the tables are always clean.

Drinks are amazing. I got the brown sugar milk tea and it was loaded and perfect flavor. BUT DO NOT GET THE POPCORN CHICKEN and fries. The popcorn chicken is not what you think. It's not the Taiwanese popcorn chicken with the basil. It's little cheap frozen little squares popcorn chicken. I opened my box and got scammed. Jokes. Service was fast and staff were nice. The cafe is tiny. Like 3 booths. But very bright and vibrant. After all it used to be a T-Mobile store

The food at Vietsubs and Boba restaurant is very tasty and well worth trying in my opinion. We were there closer to closing time so we had to take our food to go. The place was very clean and just mopped. Everything is brand new and sanitized It has nice booths to sit in if you do dine in and has a very cozy feel if you do decide to eat there. Keep in mind they close around 8pm. The staff was very helpful and made sure to to help us decide on what food and drinks to try. I highly recommended stopping by to try the sandwiches and the Boba tea.

Great little neighborhood Vietnamese spot. We've been a few times now and I think the wings are pretty great; super crispy and have a good flavor, would be nice if they had more than just garlic butter and spicy garlic, but I can deal with it. I think this last time the chicken wasn't as fresh as the first time we had them, but still good. The cookies and cream shake with boba was pretty solid as well. I had a banh me on my first visit that was good but not mind blowing. The pho is pretty typical as well, not a lot of options but pretty solid for what is there. Mostly a small menu with the exception of the bobas and teas menu, they have quite a few there. No bathroom inside the restaurant, you'll have to go next door into the HEB. We'll continue to frequent them as long as our experiences remain consistent, which they have been so far.
