Pulled up to the drive thru window @ 9:55 am to try one of these new breakfast sandwiches. The guy told me that the drive thru is only serving lunch beginning at 10:00am and the inside serves the breakfast until 10:30am....... hmmm, ok. But it wasn't even 10 yet and the lunch menu is in display at the drive thru. Not worth arguing a few minutes so I come in inside. Walked up to the counter and they young lady had no idea what breakfast item I was trying to order. The dang thing had been advertised all 2020 and she ain't got even know. She calls the manager over and the manager gives me a lil tude as if I was the problem. She then says, "what do you want?"... I kind of laughed that off and said what the hell is this? Anyway, places the order with the manager and the young lady translated it to the young lady to the order in. I sat down and they bring the food to me, which was nice. I said thank you and she just walks away. No you're welcome. But something didn't look right about that sandwich. I opened it up and it was the wrong sandwich - not what I ordered. I laughed again. Got up and walked to the counter bc at this point I've had about enough but I calmly said "this is the wrong sandwich, I order a numero siete". All of a sudden, everything made sense to them! Apologies started pouring across the counter. The immediately fixed it and offered a free cookie. I declined. I just wanted to sit and eat and get the hell out of there. As I sat and ate, now it's about 10:18... and elderly lady walks in and request a burger. They told her, that the dine-in was only serving breakfast and if she wanted lunch, she'd have to go to the drive thru!!! She couldn't believe it and walked straight out the door and I was right behind her. So, moral of the story is, apparently between 9:55 and 10:30, if you want the breakfast you have to come in and order it. If you want lunch, you have to go through the drive thru. And it helps to know some Spanish when ordering.

Placed a scheduled order for a Dave's Single using the T-Mobile Tuesday offer and staff refused to fulfill order stating that they never got the receipt, it was not in their system, and that I needed to place a new order for the same (which I can't do with an offer). Guy told me I had to talk with a manager then didn't ask for a manager. After showing them my phone with the order info (including name and order number), they refused to fulfill it. Called Wendy's corporate, they took a report, and I and got a $10 credit after receiving no food.

Horrible service. How do you advertise a new Frosty but you tell me through the drive-thru "we don't serve it at this time." And then when I ask for clarification on what y'all do serve ice cream wise, you give silent treatment over the drive-thru. Bye Felicia!!!

The food was good, But the aftermath was horrible i got severe Stomach pains and tmi but diarrhea the service was okay, ordered online and arrived there 6-8 mins after and once i received my order my fries where cold other than that won't be coming here ever again .

Customer service was horrible, multiple of my orders I've received were either wrong or cold. The kitchen is unsanitary with roaches crawling everywhere. Over three different times I've visited this location, I've witnessed roaches crawling in and out the vanilla frosty machine, flies surrounding the lemonades. Absolutely disgusting here, find another wendy's to go to.

I was telling the cashier my order and after I was done, she repeated a completely different order so I corrected her. I got to window and they only had 1 order, after I said I wanted a kids cheeseburger meal also. They gave me two trying drinks. Got home and there wasn't any cheese on the kids cheeseburger and my dipping sauce wasn't correct either. No wonder why they weren't getting any business

I heard the hype and had to try the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. I must say it's not all that, I won't have it again. It cost more than Chick Fil A and isn't nearly as tasty or filling. I have three stars because of the staff and freshness of my order.

I haven't been to Wendy's in 4 years and wanted to try the pretzel burger. I visited the drive-thru on yesterday, 10/11/22. Customer service was lacking. The person taking the order didn't say hello or anything, just what's your order. I responded with a pleasant hello. She then responded back with a hello. I proceeded with my order of the #8, the pretzel burger combo. I asked for NO bacon add lettuce. Seems easy enough. Got home and my sandwich was thrown together, loaded with bacon, and not a drop of lettuce. The sunburst lemonade tasted like pickle juice. The fries were the only thing good. I took a few bites of the burger and tossed the rest. I took a sip of the lemonade and poured it out. I've called a couple times before posting here but couldn't get an answer. That was $13.55 wasted. I could have gone across the street to Jax's and spent less with better quality food. Never again.
