The service here is atrocious. Every single time I come here. I order ahead allow 25 minutes. Get there and it takes another 20 minutes. It is ridiculous. Avoid this location at all costs.

I requested a pickup order on a deal they had 20 for 20$ I went and picked up the food got home realized they only had 5 wings I called them and explained to them what happened, put me on hold for 19 min, called again no response, called again put me on hold again, called again and she told me that they are sure they had the food I told her no mam you didnt she said yes we did she implied that I was lying!! Then she hung up on my face, I called again she said the exact same thing and to bring the food for refund, I told her I will and you guys will pull you camera to check she hung up on my face. What a great service. Rude and stealing my money

I ordered ahead on the app for my boneless wings close to closing time but wingstop is open late so to completely leave out my French fries an have nothing to say and still Charge me is unexpectable and then they gave me a whole bunch of mini hard burnt boneless wings u as well.

ZERO IF I COULD. We ordered at 508p.. get a text at 520 stating it would be delivered at 543p. Get a message from the DOORDASHER (even tho we ordered directly thru wingstop) at 535 stating that our order isn't ready to be picked up yet and once it is, the doordasher will be making another stop to pick up food before delivering our food. I call the wingstop location to discuss & speak with Bruno. I express my concerns and frustrations to which he responds "there's not a manager on duty right now. We can't refund anything but you can come in and get a free drink or fries or something." I asked what about a gift card bc we just got food." Bruno responded "no we don't do that" I said "what kind of customer service is this.... Cuz it's terrible" & Bruno said "we can't do anything for you." We got our food eventually & it was not that warm. Terrible, terrible customer service & will never go back/order/etc.

Service is terrible. They are incompetent. Waited OVER an hour just to get my food. No apologies nor any compensation for my wait. The wings looked rushed and thin on sauce. When I arrived I saw the same look on other people's faces that I ended up leaving with.

We Ordered lastnight 6/24/24 & my whole house hold got food poisoning from this place. We won't eat at Wingstop again.

We stopped in here about 9 pm on our way out of town for a to go order. The employee at the counter did greet us but he seemed a bit depressed or something. We ordered 6 classic wing with Louisiana rub and 2 orders of fries with Cajun seasonings instead of the classic seasonings. And of course ranch because they have the best ranch of anywhere. After getting on the road we started eating, our fries were fresh, and hot but I don't think they were seasoned with anything at all. When I opened the box of chicken we were both taken aback at the terrible smell. Kinda smelled like bad fish is all we could compare it to but it was hot, I recommended my husband not eat it based on the smell but he tasted it and said it tasted fine even if it didn't smell good. So he ate them. Later that night he did feel a little sick to his stomach but nothing major so I can't say if the chicken was the cause or not.

I didn't get her name but I just wanted her to know she made such an impact on me in so little time simply bc I've been crying all day and she took the time to be KIND TO ME.
