I mean to be honest I'm a Canes eater and I had heard so many people big up Zaxby's as more flavorful so I figured I should try it. Even though me and my girl agreed we wanted to try here on the day we were to go she claimed she wanted to try another day. When we pulled up and the parking lot was empty exterio except for 2 cars which were clearly employees she wanted to leave and we parked to find somewhere else to go. While there a few cars came in and I convinced her to stay and try it. Going through the drive-thru there did feel like a lot of options on the menu after being used to Canes simple menu when it came to chicken tenders. We both ended up getting I think a 5 piece tender basket subbing the coleslaw for extra fries. I get extra toast at Canes but as I didn't hear good about their toast and it didn't look that good I went with fries. I also added mozzarella bites since I was there. As far as the food I get why people say it's more flavorful but it's over seasoned to me. The fries were way too seasoned, but they were so much so I think it was this store and instead of Zaxby's as a whole. The toast was not it. Too much seasoning on it and not a fan of just the slice of bread and how it held up. The chicken to me was flavorful but texture was too dry and thin. Not overly dry but drier than my preference. The sauce they have was not good and I could skip on it. The mozzarella bites were cool. The guy at the window, who I think was one of two employees there at the time we got there, was cool ordering with and picking up m so no complaints there. It's funny I realize this review is more about Zaxby's in general instead of this one store but I promise the rating I gave is based on this store. I'm struggling between giving them a 2 or 3 and I'm not sure if it's based on my experience or because I realized I clearly like Canes better. I'm going with a 3 because they were cool service wise and order and the food was okay.

Don't waste your time with this location, I live in the area and this is my closest Zaxbys to me. I've been going to this location for almost 2 years and I've had it, I try to give them the benefit of doubt but the order is always wrong, always have missing items, they take forever and don't try to go late at night or you'll spend almost an hour in drive thru, they have horrible service at this location save your self the trouble.

Zero stars. Went to this location at 9:20pm tonight. They told us it would be a wait and they make to order the last hour before they close (which was 10pm). We didn't mind waiting , so we looked over the menu and when we went to order and tell the employee we were ready, the employee responded up with "what" in a very rude manner. We instantly got a sour stomach about ordering from the place, so we told them never mind on ordering there

Drive through employee told me to hold, 8 minutes later I said "hello" and he finally asked what I wanted. Out of sweet tea. Paid, no receipt or offer of a receipt . Then i was told to park, not even given our drinks while we waited. I had to park in a spot to wait for my food, 15 minutes later I had to walk inside to ask for a refund but they handed me my food. Also saw an employee eating in the kitchen. Not just tasting the food.

Are you a Rick Moranis fan? Because I have to believe he's working in the back, saying "honey I shrunk the chicken." Went in for some chicken fingers/tenders today. While I don't go to Zaxby's often, I remember what my chicken used to look like. The chicken tenders I received were so small. I could not believe it. On a positive note, the mini chicken tender tasted good. So did the fries. I also loved the soft drink selection. I will try the place again in case I just had a bad day.

Nice, super clean, eat-in space. Server/cashier was nice and helped with our selection. Signature chicken sandwich had "huge" battered, crispy, and hot chicken patty. Dare I say, it was tastier than Chick-... had a mildly spicy sauce and awesome kosher pickles. Crinkle fries dusted with special seasoning. Sooo good! ( egg roll appetizer- no so good)

Went to pick up food inside tonight. Said the name I was picking up. Gave me my food then I told the young man at the counter thank you and I hope he has a great night. He responds with "yup" and then tells me "don't let the door hit you on the way out". All I did was be polite and this was how I was treated. Stay away from this place.

Zaxby's doesn't get the credit it deserves. The food is seasoned well & cooked right! There is no competition between them & Canes. I've been to 3 different locations & the staff is always nice. The locations are always clean when I've visited. Good job to the managers who keep this place running smoothly.

Firstly i ordered a peach tea but i received a regular sweet tea secondly i ordered the 3 nibberlz meal and when i opened the box it was about 10 fries in there i would not recommend this local at all.
