AMC Fountains 18 is a perfect Theater for a date! Why? Since you asked and I have this platform to give MY opinion, here it is! They have employees that love their jobs, appreciates their jobs, gives service with a smile, has a kind and helpful attitude, service areas clean and most of all they act with integrity! Integrity in MY opinion goes a long way when it involves the best use of my energy, time and MONEY. I'm going to say this over and over again, Covid should have taught businesses a valuable lesson. WE are the customers, WE are the reason's businesses survived after Covid. IF you don't treat your customers with RESPECT including acting with INTEGRITY, your business WILL FAIL. Why? Thanks for asking, because WE/I don't have to spend money at your establishment PERIOD! I REFUSE in 2024, reincarnation, infinity and beyond (in my Buzz Light Year voice...tehehehee), to treat me like I'm NOT crap, offer me crap and give me crap then say "How will you pay, debt, credit or cash?" The refreshment area was clean and didn't look nasty or dirty, ticket area was clear of trash, ladies restroom smelled good and was clean, movie seats was clean and didn't appear in low lighting stained or dirty, no trash on the floor, the young girl that took our tickets wore a mask (wasn't required) and simply the entire experience was nice. I misplaced my $300 AirPods and tracked them back to the Theater, several days later I returned and "WALA" no dishonest employee with sticky fingers took them. The young lady even asked me to prove they were mine and I was able to show her by the Find My app on my phone they indeed belong to me. I/we would ABSOLUTELY return to that location (locations matter) for our movie viewing pleasure! Cash is King Credit is Queen! Treat people the way you deserve to be treated OTHERWISE trouble WILL follow you! I drop the mic!

This is a pretty good theater. As an AMC Stubs A-List member, my wife and I are pretty regularly over here checking out the latest films to hit theaters. The reserved seating experience makes everything easy. You don't have to show up 20-30 minutes before showtime to get a good seat anymore. You can book them online months in advance and sit exactly where you want. The ticket purchase kiosks are plentiful and the bar is large but mostly empty, meaning you can access both with ease just about any time. They've got a bottleneck at the ticket check booth, which is basically the only real slowdown if you're in a rush to get into a theater and see a show. The main area where they need improvement has to be the accessories to the concessions. They do an excellent job moving the line, filling your order, giving you delicious popcorn and snacks, and then... things drop off. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are never working properly. They're always out of something, or dispensing hot beverages, or flat beverages. It's a mess. Even more of a mess is the condiment/butter stations. It's overcrowded and always messy. You never want to set anything down because of how filthy it always is. The theaters themselves are fairly well maintained. I've never had any serious issues aside from some tears in seats and the occasional chair that wouldn't recline, but I'm not always big on that anyway.

Went to the AMC on Friday 4 .11.25 and had a great time . It was mommy and son date night , don't judge me lol but we went here around 10pm to see the new Mincraft Movie and it was such a great and funny movie. But such as the AMC , it was very nice and I didn't feel any danger going there that late with my son, in fact they had other families as well. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. I order popcorn and the movie popcorn is always hitting. Ticket scanning process was easy also. The seating area inside the theater was clean but they I did notice a stain or spot on the screen ( theater 11) that needed to be clean. Looked like a dirty TV. But other than that everything was great

I am tired that there is no respect of people in the movie theater people just wont shut up all loud , using their phones, so disrespectful, this theater is down grated , i wish they had security like the old days that would tell people to keep quiet or to leave if on phones, people pay money to see and hear the movie not hear ignorant young even old idiots , please AMC fix it were people can enjoy the movie peacefully, do not let young people in with out there parents under 18 , fix the issue

Not bad for a shelter filled with cool air conditioning plus entertainment on this 3-digit temperature Sunday afternoon. I couldn't believe I was able to watch a movie from the beginning even though I was late. Coming to AMC Fountain 18 from southwest Houston was smooth except tricky entrance from the Freeway 69 feeder road. I had a voucher from work. To redeem it for movie ticket at the self-serve kiosk was a lot easier than at Regal Theaters. I checked in 6 minutes into the show time. The ticket taker warned me about a short movie before featured film. That's how I watched the entire movie. I was pleased with the recliner seats. Soft and comfortable without paying extra. The only gripe was I selected C1 but the kiosk gave me B1. That was on the walkway with wheelchair seats. I had to retract as people walking by. Another disappointment was the men's room lacked working sinks. The locations of paper towels and hand dryers were not near the working sinks. The floor was wet from people dripping their hands. Slipping hazard.

Not to be confused with PMS which lasts longer than any movie here and is probably worse than any movie here. Pretty excellent movie theatre down in Stafford and it's probably one of our favorite AMC locations in Greater Houston. We've visited almost every movie theatre in greater Houston, Barbi is obsessed with movies, and one that we do come out of our way to come to is this one - sometimes. It's still pretty expensive as you can imagine but we like it more than most. If it were more affordable it'd score 5.

Always a great time and the movie theater. Been going here for years. I love the theater. Rather it's crowded or not, never a let down. The staff is always polite and helpful. We've had two birthday private parties there and I do wish that they were more helpful with taking care of that. Going back and forth with snacks and sodas for 40 was tiring and missed most of the movie. Can't win them all but I'll always come back.

Came to this location for a private screening. Called in advance because I never received a QR code, they said the ticket confirmation number would be good enough. Got to the theater and the ticket scanner person said that the number didn't work and that I had to go to guest services, I was not about to stand in line as my movie was about to start, so I asked for a manager. Manager came out and typed the number in and low and behold it worked. Theater was clean, chairs recline which was nice. Concession stand people got my order wrong so I had to go back to the counter and order another drink which was aggravating. Can't say my experience was fantastic here. This place wouldn't be my first choice for watching movies.

Drove here from inside the loop bc our friends are in Sugar Land and we love recliner seats. That's about all that was good. Oh! The movie was fantastic. I should know better but thought popcorn and drinks would be good. $10+ for stale cold popcorn and $24 for two small drinks and water. The diet cokes were pure carbonated water. I was so ticked off but movie was too good to get up and complain. The popcorn and the two "small" drinks ended up in the trash. I emphasize small bc they were huge. Ridiculous that's the smallest cup they have. Concessions at theaters are huge rip offs. Sneak in your own snacks!
