I had a great experience at B AM Covina. I have wanted to try a Champurrado for a long time and lo and behold, I was there just in time for it to be a seasonal drink! The cafe has plenty of parking in front and is clean and brightly lit. The workers were also so friendly. I can't say much about the Champurrado since it was my first Champurrado of my life so I'm not sure I can accurately tell you how it was compared to other ones. That said, it was thick and had a distinct sweetness from corn. It also had a lot of cinnamon and honestly kind of reminded me of their horchata. We also tried their other drinks like cucumber agua fresca and really enjoyed it. I thought it was a refreshing option for a hot day.

What a breakfast! This hidden gem nestled somewhere on Murphy Rd in Stafford TX is a must for quality home cooked food! It was busy and bustling for breakfast the morning we were there. But not chaotic. Staff are efficient and pleasant. They do not sacrifice one for the other. Their primary concern is clearly delivering a home cooked meal that makes you smile! Wake up. Work hard. Eat Tacos. The food cannot be described. It can only be experienced. Try it soon yourself! This is definitely a place we will revisit to complete the menu! Bonus points: not pretentious and valid napkin dispensers! (You're gonna appreciate that more after you visit!)

This is a legit breakfast spot. Don't let the strip mall feel change your mind. Its order at the counter and have a seat type of place. The chilaquiles are amazing. And dont forget the coffee with a hint of cinnamon. If you want a friendly staff, great food and a family friendly atmosphere this is your spot

Ok to be honest, I was very excited to try this semi-hole in the wall brunch place. All the reviews and photos online looked amazing. When we walked in, we were greeted by the cashier, who graciously explained the menu to me and my sister. The interior was very clean with many seating options. We ordered a chilaquiles gordita, chorizo/egg/cheese breakfast taco, bacon/egg/cheese breakfast taco, and an aqua frescas. I was pretty underwhelmed with my meal. The chilaquiles wasn't really seasoned, which made for a pretty bland gordita that we kept drenching in salsa. The breakfast taco would have been fine, however they gave us very little filling compared to the size of the flour tortilla. I think the only redeeming part of the meal was the aqua fresca, which was very light and refreshing. I honestly hate giving mid-bad reviews to small businesses, but I really wish I had a better experience here. Probably wont be back.

I'm such a huge fan of TJ Birria as is, I didn't realize they had this spot! I'm so glad I got to try it out. This was the old stomping grounds where TJ Birria all started if not mistaken. Great to see how they kept this location and added a twist to it. Cute and small in there. Enough seating also. Menu is on the walls plus on paper at the cash register. I ordered their chilaquiles with cecina, the Centro Americano dish, and lastly their concha french toast. My drinks were a agua fresca de limón con pepino preparado and caramel iced coffee. The chilaquiles came as half salsa roja and salsa verde. Both were great but the green was on the spicier side which I enjoyed a lot. The meat great nothing crazy and seasoned with a lot of spices. The Centro Americano reminded of home. So basic yet tasty! For their french toast concha it was a hit. I was surprised that it was cut up and cooked I'm assuming on the flat top with the egg wash. I had no complaints about any of the dishes. Service was great and quick, can't wait to come back!

I, went with the classic Americano breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. While not what I intended to order I just couldn't resist and it was a satisfying meal. A surprise highlight was the coffee, which was amazingly good and crucial for starting the day right! What truly stood out, however, was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made the experience even more pleasant. Having seen the chilaquiles on the menu, which looked incredibly tempting, we're already planning a return visit for breakfast tomorrow to give them a try. B AM cocina offers a genuine taste of Mexican hospitality and a solid breakfast menu. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and good food to kickstart your day, this is the place.

Mediocre food - tasty but nothing really special. Portion sizes are large. Can't find anything to complain about but also nothing to compliment them about either. Noisy as heck but everyone having a good time. Oh - had tacos and burrito. Served without sides or garnishes and expected beans and rice. Made everything somewhat expensive.

Total $17 Stopped in for Sunday brunch. Coffee was great nice traditional Mexican hint of cinnamon flavor. I had the mini pancakes and a side of bacon. Can't complain:) The only thing I will advise is know what you going order before your arrive. You walk in order and pay at the counter and find a seat. The restaurant is pretty small I was party of one but if you have a large family or go with a ground you may be waiting outside. So just know that going in. That being said the place was clean the server was nice and I'll be back There is more in the menu I want to try!

The menu is small but good options. The location is small but clean and cute decor. Friendly and attentive staff. The food is good. The chilaquiles are spicy so just be aware if you don't like spicy food. We came back for the machacado de birria it was good but had big chunks of onions, next time we will know to ask for the small chop ones. I ordered the Central American one and it was good just wish the plantain was more ripped. Definitely recommend. Best time to come early bc seating is limited.

The restaurant was cute and they were busy, but also super attentive and friendly when ordering! My husband wanted beans/cheese tacos but they weren't on the menu and they still made them for him! I got the mini pancakes, the pictures on here actually encouraged me to go here! I wasn't disappointed, whenever I visit sugarland again I know where to go!
