So, we came to Bowlero on a Friday afternoon for some good family fun. We decided to get two lanes, where we played two games. The prices were fairly reasonable, in my opinion for the setting. I believe I paid about $35 for my two games. Our party only had a couple of drinks as we ate at a different establishment. The only downfalls were that there were no socks for those people that forgot their socks (so some of our party had to go to the store and buy socks) and that we experienced a couple of system glitches with both games. However, even with those sligh inconveniences, we still had a great time.

Nice place to bowl on weekdays. We finished a game and wanted to play another but apparently we couldnt unless u tell the staff beford ur game ends. That was strange. Dont come on weekends i heard its very crowded

I think you should find another place to bowl. We initially were going to reserve 1 lane for 6 people and the total was almost $300. We decided to just go instead and check it out. We get there on a Saturday night and it's a nice crowd but like 8-10 lanes were shut down. I thought they were broken. We were told it'll be two hours until we bowled. Its like 8:45 at this point so cool. We sat right by lane 19 and 20 which were dark too. Would you believe nobody ever bowled at these lanes and when we went to inquire about them, we were given attitude from Max and THEN about 20 minutes later, given lane 19! We could've been bowled! The kitchen was behind as there was one worker and once we got the food some of it was sent back. Lemon pepper wings super salty, chicken tenders cold, fries extra salty. I won't be back. I gave two stars because the manager handled the refund for the food and he was cool. Everywhere we go it seems businesses are just trying to get over. Business, customer service and food sucks but you want to charge people above and beyond. By just going we spent $116. If you go, don't reserve, just go. We had a nice time because friends being together and vibing is a good time but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Christie "in the gray shirt" has an extreme nasty attitude. People come here to bowl, not to be spoken to aggressively or in a condescending manner; especially over a slight miscommunication. The bowling alley is decent, slightly dated and has some maintenance going on but, overall is in okay shape. The customer service needs some serious work. If you don't like your job then just quit.

I honestly hate places that take Groupon .. they don't always validate them or have a reason they can't use them . I came to this location to bowl and had my coupon , their were lanes open and they told me I can use the coupon but they wait will be 30-1 hour and then after the 1 hour the coupon isn't valid . So I waited . It took forever , the customer service was 1.5/10 . I was speaking with one person and 2 other woman wanted to join a convo that nothing to do with them . I asked one if she needed help ? Cause why would you enter a conversation, don't speak and just stand there ? I won't be back . I'll take the drive and go father if I have too. By the time I left , they called . I went TO main event and had a blast. Highly don't recommend this location. They are all over the place !!! Need more workers and more training .

This was fun! I believe it was around $30-35 for 2 games, if I'm remembering correctly. My only complaint is that there was hardly any room around the sitting area, so it was a bit cumbersome to switch places when it became the next person's turn to bowl since we had four people squeezed on to the bench.

I've come to this particular bowling alley a handful of times throughout the years, way before it was Bowlero. It's super easy to get to with plenty of parking. I'm not sure how long it's been Bowlero, but the prices definitely reflect the new name. Don't get me wrong, Bowlero has taken over quite a few bowling alleys and made it look nice, with lots of extra features like arcades, bars and good food. I truly do appreciate that. My most recent visit I came on a little bowling date. She mentioned there was a Groupon for this spot so we scooped one up. The Groupon price was very reasonable. Without the Groupon, the prices are seem kind of high for a night of bowling. You can reserve lanes ahead of time or test your luck and walk in. We walked in and were able to get a lane right away. The lanes are clean and the well kept. We didn't have any issues the couple of hours we were there. A good time was had even though the bowling gods were against me. I would definitely come back if I find another deal, but for the regular price, I might as go to one of the higher end spots.

I agree with previous reviews that the price is pretty high to play. It's not a bad looking bowling alley but I don't feel the price translates. At peak the parking is difficult but the location is easy to get to. Felt kinda of cramped in the aisles as well. We didn't partake in any passes or deals but don't bowl enough to do so. Not sure if it's worth coming back, but if you bowl a lot and can take advantage of their deals maybe it could work

First time visiting here. We had a nice time celebrating my friend's BD!! We did only one play but they charged us $16.65 per person. Felt a bit expensive... there was a bar inside so you can order some foods if you'd like. Overall, it's a nice place to have a fun time. Oh, they have arcades as well so if you wanna have some games you can do them as well. Come if you'd like! Cheers

Normal bowling alley atmosphere, but 4/10 lanes didn't even wear or rent the bowl shoes, and they do nothing to enforce it. Not fair that we pay for them... lane next to me had 10 people, none of them with bowling shoes, I told the attendant and she said,"we're not gonna go tell them" I guess she's just collecting a paycheck.....
