Chicken for cobb salad is raw. Yall would eat it like this? Took way too long for a refund. How is this "the nerve" of the chicken and wanting us to eat it? Would you eat it like that?!! Manager with glasses was being rude and unreasonable. Didnt want to give a refund or an exchange of food. I get it its after hours husband waited for 8 minutes people inside were staring not going up to see what was going on, still give the exception of giving the customer a refund for something that doesn't look right at all. SERVSAFE protocol isn't being followed. Due to the fact chicken is red pink and squishy. Chicken when cooked should be white not pink!!! Salmonella people it exists. There are people out there with a weak stomach and can get bacteria from stuff like this. It can cause a lawsuit and a visit from corporate to see if regulations are being followed.

Horrible, they got my order wrong. When I told the lady at the drive through my order was wrong she argued wirh me and said I should not have took it from her? I explained i ordered a muffin not a what this is. She said there is nothing I can do. Horrible service and very bad attitudes.

Don't do this to yourself... don't come here. There is literally no parking except for the curbside parking. Today, the guy taking the orders at the drive thru had a "too cool" attitude. Too cool to even address me. I informed him I was here to pick up my order & I mentioned my name. He touched his tablet and walked away. After going thru the drive thru I was told to park at the front but where...? Where is the front? I parked at an open curbside spot. When my food arrive, they gave it to the car next to me. The bag was all crumpled up and overall the presentation was poor. Although we had ordered a yogurt parfait and fruit, there was no spoons or forks in the bag. Because this is a drive thru location only, we have to eat our food in the parking of the walmart nearby. The only polite person at this location has been Gustavo. Apart from his manners, he is a diligent and fast. Props to this guy!

So what do I like? When I use the mobile app my order is usually out and ready ASAP. There was a time that the service and food quality went down, maybe around 2021, but new management came in. It wasn't a perfect smooth transition, but eventually it started working and you noticed the improvement over time. What sucks about this location is that it is a drive thru venue only, with a few outside tables disguised as seating during horrible humid hot Houston days. There is no reason why anyone would want to sit outside in the heat, other than to wait for their food if they chose the carry out option. They have been bad about wanting people to park in that area next to walmart if food isn't out on time, but I think Chick FIl A finally got in trouble, because they told me to park at curbside, last time they asked for that. I think it's this corporation's fault for building what is really a stupidly sized building, with not enough parking, and at the corner of a walmart, preventing proper expansion. Like you can never make this a 5 star Chick Fil A. You would need to tear down the Jack in the Box next door to make it a nicer Chick Fil A. This concept would be perfect in like Hawaii or certain parts of California. But Houston/Stafford/Sugarland area? What were those Atlanta people thinking. If you need just the food and not the full experience, this is a good place to visit, though the drive thru line can get long, hence why I am very partial to the app. The app will make everything so much smoother and faster. I am thankful things have gotten better at Chick Fil A Stafford, but nothing and I mean nothing can make up for the fact it's a drive thru place. That's not the manager's fault. That's Chick Fil A for being dumb.

I'm very empathetic to what it takes to run a business specially when you've been closed and getting everyone trained up, I paid in the line and two employees after the fact stated to me, I needed to pay again that my card didn't go through luckily for me. I looked on my bank statement, and I was overcharged manager came over and dismissed me and stated it'll correct itself. I explained to her. you can't even find my original charge in the system. How will it correct itself? She walked off so I waited and asked for someone to bring her back. She was annoyed with me that they overcharged me and couldn't find my original transaction never apologized only way to get my money back was to return the sandwich and wait and hold up the line for my refund a simple apology or understanding of the situation could've gone along way in my book. Shame on them.

This location is back open. The previous franchise owner was African American and it was a diverse location. The owner is now hispanic and there's no diversity! The service is still horrible after the renovation and remodeling! Chic fil A use to be a in and out experience now everybody's walking around reading bags making sure you get the right food and its still not correct! The remodeling is nice but i rather not stop here anymore! They could definitely improve service by making sure the orders are handed out correctly.

Got this through doordash, having everything was a 10/10. Excited to have a nice burger after a long plane ride. Coffee frosty? Don't even waste your time. Sweet tea?
