We came with 2 grandbabies 20 minutes after they opened. A lady stamped our hands and we found a seat. Looked for someone to talk to and could not find anyone, after 15 minutes we left. We went to the counter to order food and there was nobody to interact with.

Terrible service from the girl in the braids , everyone else is nice but she has a stank face and attitude, she's very unprofessional and she seems to hate her job. Manager could definitely hire better employees. She should be in the chuck e costume instead. 08/04/25 @5pm

Don't come to this location. The manager Perla I believe on Saturday March 9 was horrible. Giving everyone attitude and eating all over the place. Will be leaving a bbb rating as well. They closed the food, trampoline, and prize counter early. The staff in the kitchen didn't have hairnets or gloves. The workers attitude towards children was not pleasant. If you don't like to work at Chuck E. Cheese don't.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My advice to the people who work there: if you hate kids that bad find a different job. Staff is incredibly rude. Have no energy at all and will completely ignore you even if your the next person they need to help. Half the machines are either missing things or don't work. I have NO idea how this place stays open. For the price we pay to bring these kids to Chuck E. Cheese I would hope they had a happier staff, save your money and goto main event down the road.

Well I can say one thing out of all of the chuck e cheeses still around in the Houston area this is one of the least busy. SO that can be a pro at times when others are packed and you cant even access the games because of the huge number of people. However this location isn't one of the nicest, Its not as well kept as the others and the staff is kind of rude and unhelpful. I miss the west university location that was there for years, I have also visited sugarland, gulfgate and clear lake locations all of which I like better if they are not busy. my rating is based on my experience with these other locations, I don't have anything to horrible to say about this location but it could do better like the other locations do with their service.

Worst service ever! Today was my daughter's 5th birthday. I asked for the cute cups with the ears and they would not sell me any but they sold them to many customers before as well as after I entered. Then they didn't give us plates after ordering two large pizza, the problem was not so much the plates as it was the fact that not only did they give my daughter the wrong cake it was damaged.

Despite covid this Chuck E. Cheese managed to keep everything clean! We saw the manager multiple times cleaning tables, counters, and wiping the games down frequently! All the games were working perfectly fine and stuff was nice. This location had a lot more games to play vs other locations I've been to. My experience was great!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This location is horrible, worse in Houston. Worse in the world. 50% of their games are out of order or don't have tickets. The service is horrible. Why would you have 4 workers on a weekend ?? It took 39 minutes for us to receive a personal size pizza order. Really 45 min because that's the play card I purchase for my daughter and we had just received it when she was done. I should have stuck with the sugarland location, stafford is closest to me so I thought why not. Never again.!!

I went with my family for the 1st time to this location about 3 weeks ago. I have a toddler, the games variety was small but cheap, my baby liked it. The pizza meh, but the wings were better. My big issue was the staff. The cashier was kind of slow, seemed lost, but she managed to get our order. About 10 minutes later we heard someone screaming in the cashier area, screaming and cursing, the whole show, we thought it was a customer screaming at the cashier, but no, it was the same cashier screaming like she was a sailor to a customer, The manager and other staff had to came an pull the cashier out, they took her to the back and never saw her coming back. The place was of course full of kids that saw the entire show, very inappropriate, thinking twice about going back.

I stopped buy this location today . It was good enough for my 20 month yr old . She just played games . I couldn't tell you about the food. The lady at the front was nice and seem to helpful . I'll probably try a different location next time though . Some of the games only last 15 to 20 seconds. Which is was a waste of money .
