It's a Jack in the Box. That alone makes it a bit hard to review, because even a good location can only really be so high. The service is decent, better than a lot of other locations I've been to. The drive thru usually moves pretty quickly. I've been asked to pull aside and wait for my order a lot more often at McDonald's and Chick Fil A. The interior is decently kept. It's nothing fancy, even by fast food standards, but it's reasonably clean and you can tell the employees make an effort to keep it that way. Food is decent. I usually stick to ordering from the app. Their soft drinks are occasionally off, but I think that's because whoever set up their fountain machine just didn't know what they were doing.

I actually really like this place. The only reason I had to give them three stars is that their soda tastes funny. Every time I ordered soda, it just tastes bleh. I know just get their water bottles as a result. As far as speed and customer services, everyone has always been great to me and I was surprised once when they had a long lunch line, when Chick Fil A was right next door. If you hate Jack in the Box, I can't convince you the food is good. However, their sourdough jack, tacos, and stuffed jalapenos is the main reason I keep returning to this place. I think the food is generally cooked well. Out of all the times I visited I only got overcooked curly fries once. I'm not big on their salads, I think they're gross. The other meals they have are good to ok, as again I'm a sourdough jack kinda fan. If they could just fix the soda machine, this place would be a healthy four. If you don't feel like dealing with the long chick fil a line next door, this isn't too bad of an option if you like the food here.

Came here due to being late and didn't wanna cook dinner after a long day. I regret. The customer service was good. Cashier was very friendly. Order the Homestyle ranch chicken sandwich. You could tell the chicken sandwich was once frozen. Seemed to see old and really stale. Fries were also stale. Wasn't happy. Also order the classic burger Curley fries and side of chicken nuggets. The burger was was a little bit better. Wasn't dry. Ok flavor. Curley fries were good better than regular fries. The chicken nuggets were ok until I got a piece of bone from one. I have included picture. The establishment was clean and well maintained. No one in restaurant so food came pretty quickly. One thing I did see was the fact that they had almost 12 tacos already made sitting there. And with no customers around it kinda stood out to me. The soda machine was also clean and had every type of soda available. I wanted to experience jack in the box again since I did grown up eating from them. Last time I had it was 9 years old. I will not be returning. And I'm sure I won't be telling my family or friends about it. Again way to go with customer service. It was the food quality and THE BONE that lost 3 stars.

I always came to this location since it was close to my home at the time. For the last year, it was gone downhill as far as customer service. The food is ok. It's nothing spectacular for it to be fast food. Every time I come there is a Hispanic older lady and she takes my order in the drive thru. When I get to the window, I give my card to pay, but she never gives me a receipt. Even when I ask for it she says that it didn't print even though I see it print out every time. She gives me an attitude when I ask for condiments that go with the food that I ordered. If I order tacos she doesn't give me ketchup or hot sauce and is just rude about it when I ask her for a couple packs. I wasn't able to do the survey directly that has my order info because she didn't give me my receipt. The only reason I came here was because it was in route to where I was going. Horrible customer service!!

I don't expect much or jack in the crack. I love Coke Zero and their breakfast. We went in and the food was good. The soda machine was moldy on the outside. I get it, it's Houston hot and humid. The owners wife saw me taking a pic told the owner and he got someone out to clean it well. Why not just take care of that stuff all the time. Im scared about what may be IN the machine! ‍

Ordered chili cheese curly fries via Postmates.....I got curly fries with cheese and (a tiny bit) bacon. Also asked for the chili & cheese to be separate...it wasn't but that's ok! Just at least wanted what I ordered! And to spend $23 on Postmates for convenience was only bc I have a broken foot and can't drive! A shame jack in the box can't even get a simple order right!

This JIB location is somewhat difficult to get to due to the corner traffic and being next to Chick Fil A. However, the wait time is not that bad and pretty standard with other fast food chains. Food was not the hottest, but it still tasted appropriate. Will return

Why is it every time that I seem to stop at a Jack-in-the-Box in the middle of the night, that they're always having a system issues or they're running the reports and it's only when I come through between 2:00-4:30am. I feel like that this is just something that they say because they are busy doing something else. I don't think that they should allow a business to advertise that they're open 24 hours and there's a few hours of the 24 hours that they're not open. Should say open daily from 4:00am to 2:00am. And it doesn't help that they have their lights on, but takes them 3-4 min to answer the intercom, no "I'm sorry or thanks for stopping by, I only got a loud "System is down we closed". Once I drove from downtown Houston Jack in the box and hit them all on the way home, they seemed to know I was set on getting a loaded breakfast sandwich, and I could get one. Thanks Jack.

Always something with this location and a few others in the area. I have only one good exp with one in Richmond. Lines always extremely long. The only time I gone to this location is lunch from work.
