Ordered a kids meal and got the greasiest fries I have ever gotten at a McDonalds. I could never get the cashiers attention because they were in the back or then new customers came in. By that time I had finished my cheeseburger but man i feel sorry for little kids getting old azz stuff. Ambiance is inside Wal-Mart.

Let's start with the food is fine, is the same as any other McDonald. Now for the real tea, I when in today just to get a small fry and some water, I was okay with paying the 35 cent for a cup of water that normally would be complementary but they don't even have that, if you want water you have to pay the 1 dollar something for a bottle. I tried to bring this up that is normal for a food place to have free water but they reply with one of this "‍" like what. I could tell that the woman was even annoyed about me asking for water..... also even if it wasn't to me she was being rude to an elderly person visibly annoyed at him. I would never stop here again. Honestly again what kind of food place doesn't have complementary water. The place it self is nice, calm and quiet even for it being inside a Walmart. But costumer service wise well it freaking sucks.

Poor customer service, they Would forget all my order and when I asked I was given looks. they took so long and people who were behind us were given their food first I asked for big breakfast and when we left and was about to eat it i saw they were missing the pancakes? we went back inside to ask for them and the manager rudely told us it was our fault for not putting it in on the order that makes no sense because Every order comes with pancakes I even doubled checked on the app and on the kiosk and I was in fact right everything comes with pancakes but they only gave us the sandwich and the manager said we had to pay again and make a huge line when it was their fault.

poor management. i have gotten the mocha frappe a few times from this one and it always taste like rotten milk. i pay extra for the chocolate sauce and they never put it in. another time i have gotten a burger i always ask for extra pickles i like the crunch they only put two and say that's extra it's more then one. even when i come through for my coworker they b messing they orders up too for a while i thought it was just me until i started asking coworkers they are rude and unhelpful to any one that doesn't speak Spanish. and i emphasize on poor management she's rude and never gives the full order and plays like she can't speak English when something isn't going right so now she can't help you even tho she just took your money there's only maybe two workers there that are actually nice n follow through with they job. the other ones be on their phone while taking your order or just straight not paying attention or just gossiping with other coworkers. if they just followed through on they end with a smile instead of the look of judge ment and do they job all the way with out complaining everytime it would b better but these kids clearly do not care abt they job they act like they are owed this and allowed to b rude to everyone that walks in to eat

There was a wait time, which I understand because I went at a busy hour. Although, there were a lot of orders, I would appreciate if the food was cooked thoroughly to prevent food poisoning. I took a few bites of my hot and spicy McChicken before realizing it was undercooked. I am just hoping I don't get sick. Will not be ordering from here again.

Don't go to this location. Everything on the menu is more expensive than locations near by. Better service and cheaper prices at Missouri City and Sugar land locations.

One of the worst locations I have ever visited, staff who checked us in was hiding begins the counter texting, the supervisor told him to check us In he was looking at me as he is about to shoot me. This location needs serious attention
