The people working there were nice. I had the Shroominator. If it's not crediible, it must be incredible? It did take quite a while to get the burger so it must have been made to order. Also had "seasoned fries" but maybe out of season. More than 1/2 of their fountain drinks they did not have available. Almost $20 for the combo so, I expected at least an average overall experience.

Was craving a burger on a recent shopping trip, and this was located in the mall food court. They were giving away free samples to try, and we liked the sample and went ahead and ordered! The ordering experience was easy, the menu is condensed with about six different burger types, it's very straightforward and easy. My name was called in about 10ish minutes and we had ordered three burgers with different subs on each, and I was for sure it might get messed up but no everything was right down to the request for the sauce on the side. The bun was so soft, and the beef was tender and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, and my niece was so happy to have her craving fulfilled! If I'm in the area I can't wait to go back and try some of their spicier options!

We got the Schroominator & the Signature Incredible burger. The Schroominator has sautéed mushrooms, American cheese & incredible sauce with lettuce, tomatoes & grilled onions. The Signature Incredible has lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, American cheese & incredible sauce. I opted for no tomatoes or onions on the signature and husband got no lettuce or tomatoes on the Schroominator. We both added Beef Bacon for an extra $1.99 per burger. The restaurant is halal, therefore beef bacon instead of pork. An extra $5 for fries & drink. They have Pepsi products (thumbs down on that). The burger is juicy and flavorful. The beef bacon has a good taste but it's a little too chewy for me. The incredible sauce tastes good but there's very little on the burger. Could definitely use more sauce. The bun is nice and soft. The fries are just ok. They have a seasoning in them that's good but the texture of the fries themselves taste a bit stale and they definitely weren't hot & fresh. That was disappointing. I love a good French fry. The price for 2 meals with added beef bacon was $37. That's pretty steep. The burger itself is really good. I'd definitely eat a burger from here again. The bacon & fries---nah, I'll pass. The lady at the counter was friendly and polite. The ambiance is just a counter in the mall food court so not much to add there. They were giving out samples of the signature burger which encouraged us to try it.

Burger is well made, fresh, great seasoning. Fries are good, shoestring fries are not my favorite but these were well seasoned. Nice customer service. They made the burger when I ordered so the wait was a little long. Overall I would recommend and eat again!

The place is so good! It's so hard to find a place with halal burgers especially in a mall. The service was good and the burgers were so juicy and flavorful. This is my go to every time I go to the First Colony Mall.

Got a burger plus the combo and paid $17. Burger was smaller than expected and tasted like nothing special. Definitely paid less for better. Service was bad. In the middle of taking my order the cashier stopped to flag someone down to offer them a sample? The wait was long too and they weren't busy. Wouldn't come back.

Incredible is a suitable attribute to this burger. This is definitely my go to burger spot. First they gave samples of the signature burger. It was soft, juicy and everything we look forward to in a nice patty. I ordered the the Nacho Man. It was so good, a picture of my half eaten sandwich was necessary just for this review. Not 5 out of 5, but 12 out of 10

Took a chance on a mall burger. But I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty well seasoned burger. Everything fresh on a soft yet toasted bun. I ordered the signature. The sauce was good but in all honestly, if it was just mayo, mustard and ketchup, I would have given it a 5.
