Food: N/A - only orders cappuccino Service: 2 out of 5 - been ordered cappuccino every until today, I saw guy pulling the coffee and handed to me, I asked him is that cappuccino he said yes, I said that's coffee not cappuccino, he says sorry, the other Mexican lady took my cappuccino from espresso machine and add some regular coffee and stir OMG, I guess Mexican don't drink cappuccino, they need retraining. This is one of the worst locations in Sugarland. I highly recommend you drive elsewhere. Their system is constantly "down".

If there's less 1 star then I would choose... I eat-in every morning with my senior friends at this location because it's very convenient BUT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE consistently everyday! Grumpy, tired, unfriendly, and disrespectful workers including the managers.

Would give zero stars if I could. Train your staff in customer service. If the APP charges me but you don't get the order, offer to help instead of asking me to wait 24 to 49 hours for a refund and get out of the drive thru line. Oh and add more ice to your iced tea. I know you can afford it!

The new employees were super rude to the people and telling us not to let anyone else inside even though it was only 7:45. We waited a long time for our food, and the employees were rude about it (for complaining how long it took for our food to come) even the machines weren't working.

I come every Tuesday for their Happy Meal Special $2.08 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. The lines can get long at time. Customer service is always great for me at all times. I start to recognize the associates by name. Kiya manager on duty usually take my order through the speaker. Shaquille & Jaylian usually gives me my order at the drive through window. Of course there are other associates name I have not known yet. I also occasionally come on the weekend for breakfast. I seen other manages on duties call customer by their name and know there order. This location is truly a neighborhood friendly McDonald.

I stop at this McDonalds's location pretty often. It's right before I get to work. They are fairly average and the customer service is ok. There is always this Asian lady who is nice that is at the second window. I'm pretty sure she knows me by name at this point. Just like every other McD's they are stingy with the condiments. However, the food is always hot.

The service is amazing due to Juan Diego, every time I order with him I always get my correct amount of food and it's always fresh and hot. Diego is such a good worker and so handsome, he makes sure to treat all the customers with respect, especially me. He helps me a lot when I'm lost.
