The food here is pretty pleasant, though I'm pretty sure the soups were either microwaved or made a few days before. I was with a group this night when my friend noticed that some employees were talking about him. He told me that they were pointing at him and laughing because he may have been a little tipsy. When we left he felt pretty bad, though I will say our personal server was great. I don't know if my friend ever wants to come back to be humiliated.

I typically love Olive Garden, but when I recently visited, I had the worst service ever. Our waiter did not write any of our orders down and mess them up three times including our food order and two drink orders. He was very rushed. I proceeded to ask him why he doesn't write any of the orders down and he made an excuse to how he lost his paper. The food was absolutely delicious, though, but the bad service outweighed the good part of the night (the food). I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

I came with my friend to enjoy the endless pasta and we did not have a good experience. We first sat down and I like to go tru the little machine and I guess that upset our waiter that I had it and proceeded to rush us out by coming by every 4min asking if we needed anything. Then when he came and asked if I wanted a refill I said yes so when he came rushing back I put my cup down for him, I was mid sip, and he spilled the drink all over my hand and table and didn't even acknowledge he did that and I cleaned up the mess. Then I wasn't even half way tru my food and he came back asking if we wanted a to go box and the check. Wail I was paying I did the survey and he stood over me the whole time.

Quiet, clean, good service, and good food. Quickly sat a party of 13. Something for everyone.

The never ending soups and salads are delicious. My husband, a shrimp connoisseur, says the shrimp is wonderful & reasonably priced compared to the other restaurants in the city who charge much more. Service is most attentive, refilling soups & drinks throughout. Clean, comfortable, serene.

We decided to make the extra drive to this Olive Garden after a few disappointing visits to our local one, and it was absolutely worth it. Our server Sam went above and beyond--he was attentive, checked in with us regularly, and made sure all our needs were met. It wasn't just him--Alinis, two managers and what appeared to be the entire staff were equally attentive and engaged. The teamwork here is the best I've seen. I'll definitely keep making the longer trip to dine at this location and ask for Sam to be our waiter.

My rating is for 3.5 stars, but alas that is not an option. It had been at least 10 years since I dined at an Olive Garden and it was quite a pleasant experience. I ordered the tour of Italy which came with lasagna, fettucini alfredo, and chicken parmesan. It was all delicious. I rotated taking bites from each item and would change my mind on my favorite item each time. The lasagna was latered with pasta, meat, sauce, and cheese. One end was a little crisp from baking and the flavors paired so well. The fettucini alfredo was creamy without feeling too heavy. Noodles had the perfect level of chew. Chicken parmesan was juicy, crispy, and covered in tomato sauce. For my side, I opted for pasta e fagioli instead of salad. The bowl came out piping hot! There was meat, veggies, and pasta. Honestly, this was almost a meal in itself. Thrown in 2-3 breadsticks and I was nearly stuffed before my entree came. Towards the end the saltiness became a bit much but that didn't stop me from ordering anothet bowl... The breadsticks: soft and warm. I think it could have used a little more seasoning but regardless, it was good. Service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and very helpful. Main downside was the items were quite pricey for the meal. I will definitely try not to wait another 10 years to stop by again.

Apparently you need to specify you want the lunch portion and price during lunch time. My wife and I were served dinner portions at 2 pm, however I did not realize until I was presented with the bill, with the food eaten. I talked to the server and hostess who were unhelpful and I simply paid my bill and left, eager to never return to this location.

If giving zero stars were an option, I would've chose that. I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this location. We came here because it was my dad's birthday and the waiter treated every other table with more respect than us. He brought out a piece of cake for dessert after we mentioned his birthday since we've had birthday celebrations prior and were aware that it would be free, but they later charged us and blamed my dad saying he was lying about it being his birthday. It felt very racially charged especially with how friendly he was with every single table around us. I am truly upset in the service that we received and will not be returning. DO NOT sit in the section with a male server that's bald and over middle aged.

I went in for the &13.99 unlimited pasta salad and soup meal. I was uncharged for the pasta I chose despite the menu saying that a topping add on it $4.99. I was unimpressed with the service because it took 5-7 minutes for my bill to be fixed (I was almost charged double for my meal). I'm just very frustrated and confused by this experience. I will not be coming back.
