My only visit to this location did not meet my expectations for a P.F Chang. The restaurant was very nicely decorated as you expect from the chain but the food was a disappointment. I ordered Hot and Sour soup which was good and I'd give it four stars. However, my Spicy Chicken with brown rice, two stars, was without any flavor although it was thoroughly covered with a thick sweet sauce. Our service was subpar. Twice the server to bartender communication was fumbled. Two instances where the bartender never got our drink orders and he stood around at an empty bar while the waited. We spent several minutes trying to flag our server to go check on our drinks. I'm still a fan of the restaurant chain but the Sugar Land location had an incredibly bad night during my visit.

Food: excellent Ambience: nice Service: the absolute worst if dining with a group 8 or more. It's a pleasant experience if you're dining with less. Even with prior reservations, they either only assigned only one wait staff member to a table regardless of guest count or else there is not a team mentality even when the other staff are unoccupied. I would stop going altogether if it weren't for the guests of honor's choice due to location convenience. We've tried to dine here as a group for that guest once a year. It's been a couple of years since the last time we tried because of this issue and still it's the same problem. We went the whole dining experience without even one refill for anyone at our table. We were missing orders and a few other issues. I can understand having to go back and forth multiple times and it taking time to get to everyone since there was only one person assisting us, but the one person didn't even do that. Any time we needed assistance we had to try to catch someone and ask to be helped.

Had not been here in a while, and it was very disappointing. The service was pretty bad. The food was nothing to write home about. The dinner special is not worth the price. I had the Mongolian Beef. There was very little beef on the plate and a lot of rice. There are so many better restaurants for Asian food than this place. Don't waste your money.

We had an appointment in Sugarland and my daughter has never had PF changs so I told her let's go. I had it many years ago and it was good. I don't know what happened since... We ordered from the chefs special menu for 19.99$ each so I thought I was getting a good deal but anything decent or adding a side was an up charge so our total was71$$$$ for 2 people and the food was mid to bad. We got egg drop soup and house salad. Salad was okay; soup was flavorless. Next our shared app was a cali roll. It was either made yesterday or frozen because it was mushhhhhhhyyyyyy. Then our entrees were beef and broccoli which was very mid. The only thing good was the crispy honey chicken. Overall, service was mid, food below and price ridiculous. My daughter was not impressed: verdict--overrated!! I wish I had read the reviews!!!

I agree with others that PF Changs has been finding ways to cut costs, and it's noticeable. The little things that set them apart and made the high cost somewhat tolerable are no longer there. They now charge a ton but don't offer the same quality they once had. For example, my son loved their honey chicken. They now give the kids some gross frozen, overly breaded chicken that doesn't taste good. The adults get the real stuff. Their pad tai previously had strips of tofu that fit well with the dish, and now they throw in some obviously frozen, breaded stuff that doesn't taste like anything. The noodles aren't fresh, and it's just gross. Their sauces don't taste the same. I could keep going with examples, but they made these cut backs and now you pay $$$$$$$$ for gross/ frozen food. The service is hit or miss. I do like the lighting and vibe, luckily they haven't changed that part. I really hope they change back their food ways. I wrote to corporate as well and they just said they'll pass it along, but it's been 5 months so who knows.

Fast and great service. Brian listen and took my order accurately The food was plated appealingly. I especially enjoyed the hot and sour soup and the spicy sauce that came with the egg rolls. We used to love this place but now everything change, the food not taste the same anymore. The orange chicken tastes like lemon, the chicken so sour and salty The beef and broccoli, there couple pies of beef so dry chewy and salty. They served the old white rice, the rice so dry and cold, We're so disappointed.

I don't care what anyone says, PF Chang's is good. We had a great waitress on a Saturday for lunch recently. Party of 10 with four kids, and she was just great. Secondly the dishes are consistently tasty and portions fair. The beer cold. Like everywhere eating is pricey but I'm a PF Changs fan and anyone saying otherwise deserves to be kicked in the head by one of those giant horses out front. Only feedback: dynamite shrimp was small and too saucy. Lo mein, beef, spicy chicken and even the hot and sour soup were great.

Love love love this place! It's so relaxing and out go to place! Great prices and food is soooo delish. We sit at the bar and hang with our guy Levi! He's so fun and responsive. The biggest reason we come here!

The food was great. I really liked the wonton soup and the honey glazed chicken. My favorite thing was the Korean Fried Chicken that they have on special right now. It was very crispy and the four sauces were all really good. The service was ok. The restaurant was fairly empty but it seemed like they were a little understaffed. Also, inside the restaurant it was fairly dark, which did seem a bit outdated now. But, the food was great so I'd definitely go back.
