Don't try the baked ziti taste like throw up and when you ask for a refund they say no and make you get a pizza and bread stick. No customer service and nasty food.

If you like to play fight with someone, that's your sparring partner. Whereas if you like to come here with someone, that's your Sbarro-ing partner. Down here in Sugar Land you will find all kinds of stuff in the mall, including some pretty average and pretty awful food outlets. This is one of the average ones. The first Italian-American meal I ever ate when I first arrived in New York City as a teenager was in fact a Sbarro - it's not quite as good as it was back then, but it's not bad. You can get much better pizza and much more flavourful Italian dishes, but you can also get much worse, and I like that they don't overload it with sugar. For me it's always been average, although I miss the old days.

I have been a customer for over ten years, but I won't be going to sbarro anymore. For over a decade I have been getting baked ziti with meatballs or, when they have it, the chicken fillet. They always charge for the baked ziti and either add a dollar or so for the meat or count the meat in place of a side in the meal deal. NOT today. today a an angry older woman insisted if I wanted just ziti noodles and a chicken fillet she would charge me for two complete, full meals; the baked ziti FULL meal with sauce and side AND the chicken parmesan FULL meal with spaghetti noodles, sauce and side, even though all she would give me is a dish with ziti noodles and a dish with just a piece of chicken fillet. She was explicit in listing these out. She insisted the piece of chicken could not be placed in the same dish with the ziti, the chicken would have to go in a dish by itself. what a waste of resources. She was angry and lacked all common sense. twenty bucks for some ziti noodles and a piece of chicken?! I did not even want any sides, but she expected me to pay for ziti noodles and spaghetti noodles and sauces for each of them, 2 breadsticks, and 2 sides, and have it on 2 separate plastic dishes instead of putting it on the ziti dish. She said I would not get the rest of the extra full meal but she would charge me as if I were getting the additional spaghetti noodles, sauce, breadstick, and side salad. She was a crazy, very bitter woman with no common sense or value for the environment... insisting on two dishes one one would be enough. I left and got a steak wrap instead.

I'm not a pizza eater because I don't like the sauce, but I've found two items here that are not cooked with sauce. The Stromboli and Pepperoni & Sausage sticks are my favorites. What I like about this fast food pizza joint is that the food is fresh and warmed in the oven once you place your order. There are several different types of pizza and sides for you to choose from. There's plenty of seating in the area for you to take a break from shopping and grab a bite to eat. The staff is always friendly and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. This is my new go to place for food whenever I'm shopping at First Colony Mall.

We were in the mall running errands and decided to grab lunch at Sbarro's. Both, my wife and I got a side salad. She got baked ziti and garlic bread. I got two pretty large slices of plain cheese. The entire meal was lacking salt. We do not like too much salt but a little does give flavor. All in all, we have better choices outside the food court.

Everything here is extremely greasy. The cheese pizza was good. Pepperoni stromboli has too much pepperoni taste, spinach stromboli has too much spinach taste.. I wish they would make a pepperoni/spinach flavor, cuz that would be the shit! Breadsticks are good too but damn its so fking greasy! I give Sbarro a D+
